HP told me that's the way they are built, after a good bit of arguing I decided to buy myself another new one and just pull two off the right hand side from the old one. T2500 here
Looked at a T2600 today, noticed it was missing the two Starwheels at the left end of the Second Starwheel assembly. Called HP Support, and after they checked, I was informed that's the way they are built.
Better to take it out from another dead machine and put some in there. It helps when the machine gets older and the rollers get dirty and parts get worn out. Saves the hassle of thinking what causes the paper jams.
That is a service station error, the only other thing I have seen cause the error is a bad carriage belt which had failed and left the carriage in a spot where it interfered with the service station motion.

I found this very helpful ! I have a T2500 that frequently jams on the left side and I bet I'm missing some starwheels. Thank you !
Yeah it uses the same starwheels.

Hi! We have the problem error 21:13 with hp T1530, i ask what happened if this problem is not coming from the station services. Thanks

Can you tell me part numbers for the star wheels?
Thanks in advance
