Radio is a relic of the past, traditional mainstream markers of popularity like billboard rankings and asinine award shows like the grammies are completely irrelevant nowadays. A band can be quite popular and huge without any of that.
I mean...they played Red Rocks. Thats pretty huge. I just saw them at a sold out show in St. Louis 2 days ago. Thats pretty big IMO for being just a niche styled band.

Rain delay was well about into 2 hrs at this show and they still absolutely crushed it. Cut their set time by about 30 mins or so and they didn’t even have the opener play because of it. Looked like the movie Twister over red rocks that day… most people weren’t prepared 😅
Cause it was a rain delay bro! We got held up for like almost 2 hrs and they didn’t even have the opener play because of it. We got a 2.5 hr set and this was the best closer of all.. everyone was so hyped given the circumstances. Looked like a tornado was about to drop directly over red rocks
