I've known about this game for like 10 years because of the soundtrack yet I'm positive this is the first video ever uploaded of the actual game lol. Definitely first I've seen. Looks awesome, i see a lot of this in Sonic Riders now, definitely must've been inspiration.
I talked to someone who owns a ollie king arcade cabinet, who is reverse engineering the game in order to make a possible multiplayer game of it and emulating it. And he also agreed that sonic riders was inspired by Ollie King
Coming back to this video, I feel like Sega forgets about this game more than JSRF. Imagine trying asking a Sega employee about the game and they're like "What's Ollie King?" I mean I can't blame them, this game was considered lost media, atleast until nowadays with the existing footage gameplay.
From the looks of it, seemed to have a more better control, not to mention shorter levels and easier levels (duh it's an arcade game) While og jsr itself just not going to really tell you where to go until you check the map

To me. I think Sonic riders is mix of 2 games of JSRF and Ollie King. Because of the skates and hoverboard just giving me vibes of those games.
I never heard of this game, due to it being stuck on the arcade. Saw it in a TierMaker image. Looks really cool.
