You may not necessarily legalise your documents in UAE. But you have to legalise in Ghana since your document is from originally from there

I did not say that it is now certain that they accept applicant and child. I explained my process and what I think it depends on & also gave alternative. You can verify at the embassy of Poland in the country your husband intend to apply from.
