Neville Goddard often talks about the idea that “the old man must die,” which really means we need to let go of our old ways of thinking and being to create a new reality for ourselves. This concept is rooted in the Bible, where it talks about shedding the old self and putting on the new self.
For instance, in Ephesians, it says we should leave behind our old, corrupt selves and renew our minds to become more righteous and holy. Similarly, in Colossians, it advises us to discard our old ways and embrace a new self, one that’s renewed in knowledge and aligned with a higher image.
Goddard takes these teachings and emphasizes that it’s all about transforming our mindset. To manifest the life we want, we need to let go of outdated beliefs and limitations and embrace a new, empowered version of ourselves.

Started taking notes when you talked about what we have to give up, such powerful shit. Detaching completely from whatever you think makes you a victim and taking full responsibility for our triggers. Most people aren’t ready for this. I only started to become aware of this process in May, it’s been a heavy last 2 months but I’m just getting started and your knowledge is very supportive. I’ve had days where I fall “victim” to my emotional addictions but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come because I haven’t had one bad day! I’ve had “bad” mornings. I’ve had weak mornings, but I’ve always found a way to turn the day around and learn something about myself and move closer in the direction of my desired reality. I used to be depressed all the time for years, I would wallow in my train wreck of thought. That’s over. There’s no way back now. I’ve already boarded a new train towards self awareness and dominion. I guess you could say I’m awakening but not in an abstract new age hippie way, I’m just quite literally coming face to face with reality. No one is a victim in the end. We are given certain circumstances, some say we incarnated on earth with previous knowledge of what we were getting into. However you wanna look at it, we are all voluntarily here. Time to look in the mirror.

What this spiritual man is talking about is you have to start meditating, you need to find your base consciousness, you must reach a state of what is called “no mind,” it’s a state of consciousness where you become an observer. Then, and only then will you be able to hijack, better yet master your shitty programs people installed into you. Once you become the observer, only then can you start to control your frequency (your thoughts or channel changer), and your emotions are like the. Broadcaster or amplifier. You must reach a solid foundation before you can ever start to spin your cocoon. Once you have a good spot, you then must start the process of sacrificing. That means you are willing to sacrifice the present moment in exchange for future manifestation. It’s the most simplest truth and this brotha is just letting us know. The reason why this brotha is here still is because he is a teacher, he got to the point where he understands the mechanics, but rather then leaving people in the dust, he chose to spread the knowledge.
