    Such a fantastic lecture. I feel Sir Robert is such a fantastic speaker and absolutely spot on with his views that an ancient and historic institution that is the Palace of West Minister is not incompatible with the demands of a modern democracy. Also, his ability to remain completely impartial in such a high pressure and politicaly environment, simply inspiring.

    Member of the Parliament are always elected by the public pole,they claim to be the public servant,but they are not fall within the meaning of public servant under the law.But they are not care free on the responsibility to the public of their respective constituencies.
