I had to reset it too by pressing the volume and fast forward button & it works in case Sync messes up. Great video!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I spent two hours at the dealer yesterday trying to figure this out.
How did you get that Waze app to pop up like that?? So far, I've only been able to bring it up on my phone first, then plug it in and it'll "find" it. I registered my car on the FordPass app and it shows my personal info and main car info, but unable to see fuel and oil info or start it remotely from the app (only keyfob). My phone is also set up with my car....it comes up on the screen as connecting with it, my phone's on bluetooth, but when I search for apps in phone via SYNC 3, it "thinks" for a moment, then says it can't find any, can't find my phone or something to that effect. The dealership did NOTHING to set me up with this, show me or tell me what to do, so I've just been following prompts on screens and reading and watching directions on how to set everything up. It just seems like there is a missing piece here somewhere. Am I supposed to be paying for SYNC or some Ford Pass app features (besides Sirius XM)? If anyone knows, please help!! I've had this car for months and so frustrated.
My radio not working.. it won't let me go the the audio tab.. or the sounds tab from the settings

I just got this vehicle today. It does not show NAV option or GPS. How do I add NAV on it
I got the answer. You have to buy that option from dealer. It’s not standard. And they charge $700 for it. Yuck

Already looks ancient compared to the Tesla user interface.
Telsas is a luxury car company, so logic dictates it would. Much like the performance of a BMW outclasses a Kia.
Tesla's infotainment system is so advanced in comparison to this dinosaur.
Tesla fanboys are popping up in almost every TH-cam car review video comment sections, seemingly to remind the rest of us how obnoxiously annoying they can be. We get it, you all drive the coolest car ever created while probably shopping at Whole Foods and even bringing your own recycled vegan grocery bags just to help save the planet. We can hardly wait for you all to tell us how awesome the long awaited Elon Musk space shuttle will be in a few years.

My point is that people who may be interested in this new Ford Escape aren't necessarily interested in reading comments from Tesla owners who feel the need to belittle any car not designed or produced by Elon Musk.
