Andrea is a CLASS ACT ! An utter compliment to Matt. Although Matt is VERY knowledgeable and delivers a “home run” with each video, Andrea brings a sense of family….hope….faith…and love! Thank you for putting a smile in the hearts and minds of your subscribers..friends. We love and appreciate you both!!!
Yeah, it's definitely hard to watch ... Not professional looking at all ... Shows a lack of respect for the units that someone is hoping to buy. Probably don't treat their home cabinets that way 🤯
I am so proud of you two and how far you two have come with your channels and your connection. Enjoying your journey and the inspiration you have put for so many other youtube influencers.
Matt Likes those outdoor TV's up high, in fact he complained about one a few days ago being to low, but when your sitting in a comfy chair under your awning watching the TV looking up is a pain in my neck, at least, i'd rather be looking either straight ahead or slightly down
Hi Matt and Andrea! My dislikes are the bunks they don’t flip up, the first bath the shower has too high of a step up into the shower. And no pantry. My likes are: the bedroom the master bath room. You get a washer and dryer in a Class A that size. Thank you Matt and Andrea for shoring this Palazzo!
Matt, I appreciate the bath for kids and pets. I’m not concerned about pantry space either. The large cabinets over the dining area and the sofa are huge and they can be used for pantry space. I wish there was a little more counter space. All-in-all a beautiful RV!
This is a nice unit. I only wish the cook top was not so close to the dinette. Imagine hot food splatters hitting the back of someone's neck lol. Oh and I'd like a french door fridge. And I'd put a work desk i place of the bottom (or both) bunk to have dedicated workspace.
🤣🤣 i agree they have to put higher splash guard to divide the chair and washing/cooking area. Can imagine always feel water splashing or hot cooking bubbling splash on your back of the neck. Besides it will ruin the chair over time.
Matt, I love your antics, Aundrea, you are getting more and more beautiful! Great motorhome! I would eliminate the small shower in exchange for a wardrobe. I don't care if the bunks don't flip up.You don't really need the room in that portion of the motorhome. You can still use them for storage. There is enough countertop space with the elevated surface behind the sink and cooktop.
I think this is the first entry-level diesel pusher that I like. We travel alone, so the bunks would be removed and the space converted to closets and pantry. Likewise, the small shower would never be used and would become storage. I prefer the lighter Sanibel option for the cabinets instead of the darker Regatta shown in this model. I would also go with the optional theater seats instead of the jacknife sofa. I don't like the lack of counter space, but can live with it because this motorhome has potential for us. Well done, Thor!
Likes: Outside looks very impressive, mid-entry, double bath. Dislikes: television placement in main salon (just takes up too much space), no airhorn, price (just breaks ones heart to watch these from a couple of years ago) Great presentation
3 things I love and 3 I don't like. I love the mid ship door, the rear shower and the tub! Don't like, no storage (inside or outside!), no oven ( I know they're getting hard to find! ) and the tilt bed! Great videos already and keep up the great work!! Love your videos!
I actually think that the second bath is fine for the kids/ guests. The step up could be used as a "shub" for kids that are too young to take a shower independently & might take a quick bath. This is pretty fancy RV, reflective of the price and the main bath & included washer & dryer, for being on that scale, they should have at least included a countertop extension. + For the overhead bunk that can hold 500lbs, outside storage & Slam latch exterior doors!
My only comment at this time is that it is sad to see propane tanks. Seems like even entry-level diesels from other brands are going to hydronic water heaters (AquaHot 250d). I love the fact that Thor is putting out new floor plans, even if it is basically a riff on the Aria 4000 or Venetian B42. Looks like it could be a winner for lots of people.
One of the dislikes should probably have been the step up into the bathroom, also the shower for the bunk beds isn’t really that bad because the adults will not be using that shower. Also the tub is really handy is you have small kids or toddlers.
Know before u tow .. there’s a gross combined vehicle weight rating (motor home + towed vehicle) and a gross vehicle weight rating (motor home only) .. if I fully load the motor home, what I can safely tow is the difference between the two ratings .. if I load less than my cargo carrying capacity, for example, then the total weight of the motor home is less, giving me the opportunity to have a higher towable weight (up to at most the hitch max or a max identified in the manufacturer’s documentation). Matt’s right ( especially if it’s my first trip with a new RV) - load up as you plan to travel (all the gear, all the people, full fuel, full def, full fresh, and something in black/grey), weigh the motor home, and KNOW the max towing capacity BEFORE you tow. Follow the hitch / coach manufactures documents for use of load bars, tongue weights, ball size, etc.
Thanks for explaining this properly to the viewers. I have had to teach quite a few new RV owners this (mostly for bumper/5th wheel towing) but it's something most RV sales people don't understand or explain correctly... Matt should know before u explain... That was a complete mess and everything about what he said was wrong...
@@lifeaftereverything4986 thank you .. from the specs that Jen posted (👍🏽) for this unit, the GCWR (combined) is 33000 lb and the GVWR (motor home alone) is 32000 lb. That leaves 1000 lb max towing if I fully load the motor home. The thing I see being towed behind a pusher a lot is a car. Pick an example - a basic Toyota Corolla weighs every bit of 3000 lbs, and there’s another 400 lbs for a dolly with surge brakes - I want some braking with 3000 lbs. This unit allows me 1000 fully loaded, and I’m towing 3400 .. so I need to UNDER-LOAD my motor home by 2400 lbs. The good news is that Matt read my cargo carrying capacity as almost 7000 lbs. For example, I could limit that to roughly 4500-4600 if I want to tow the Corolla. Said another way, the GVWR (motor home only) 32000 lbs, and I have to under-load by 2400 lbs, so when I load up my motor home (all gear, all people, full fuel, full def, full fresh, and something in the black and grey) I need to tip the scale at LESS THAN 29,600 lbs (32000-2400) if I want to tow the Corolla. Weigh up. Know before you tow.
I like this Palazzo. This is a very nice family motorhome. I do like mid-entry door coaches. I think because this coach is only 37'ish feet with bunks and two full baths, you are going to lose the pantry and kitchen counter space. I see why there is no oven. If one was optioned, there would be no bottom storage in the kitchen area. The exterior is very nice. The washer and dryer are a great option. Thanks for making another great video.
While the price is high, compared to similar models it is on the good for that class. A couple of minor issue but I would not run away is someone gave me the keys and title. :)
about 600 dollars to fill up - thanks Joe / lose the shower space and make that the pantry ( 2 showers aren't going to be running at the same time ) it's very dark inside. theater seats are a must
Haha, you guys just gave away the secret that you love "saving water", good for you guys! "Here we go now!" Just make sure you don't invite "Max" in there with you two......those kind of things never ever end up well.....I've been told.....haha! And as for the Rorschach test (art deco) art.....it's obviously Donatello, a Ninja that happens to be a turtle!
I agree with your likes. I did find 3 more dislikes: 1 lack of storage underneath (could be due to all needed for diesel) 2 no outdoor kitchen (I'm new to RVs so that may not be common to diesel) 3 trouble getting to under seat storage in dining area. #artdeco looks like a jellyfish stuck in seaweed!
Just my humble suggestion, with all the spacious front cockpit in all class A, it could have massive a horizontal 22 inch touch screen. It would be super much more useful, clearer multi views etc.
I have to say a family with small children would love that front bathroom with the tub just take the doors off and put a shower curtain cuz that door doesn't work with it
Matt, front bathroom is suited for families with young kids that like tub baths imo. I think that is why you have the bunks and closet set up. Not really likes, but not a dislike, either. Unless a family is living full time in this unit I think you could combo the closet with pantry space, as there are plenty of cabinets on the passenger side. Dislikes: needs a foldup counter extension. Also, the lighting looked gloomy. I don't know if it was the lights or the camera. Three, difficult to assess exterior storage via the camera. Were I to be able to afford a RV, I would be going to festivals and would need to pack my 10x20 tent, tables and chairs. I couldn't tell if the storage bays would hold the tent or not.
Not a fan of the folding bed, love the cook top!! Don't like the little sink in the kitchen. As always you two did a great job showing this until. And the shower is one of the best I have ever seen!!!
Lookin' hard at the Palazzo and want to know when we are getting the BEST MPG Diesel Class A reviews as well as BEST MPG Class A Gas list- then we can look forward to the Best Long term interiors reviews - Keep em coming guys #GasPrices
Almost purchased a Palazzo myself a few years ago. I personally know 4 couples that did purchase this unit from 2016-2020 and all 4 of them removed the bunks and converted them to office spaces. Had I decided on this unit I would have done the same as well as that was being discussed with the dealer. But if I were traveling with kids in this rig I'm ok with the "awful" front bathroom this unit has as it would be for the non-paying guests to use and our little kids don't count as they are like monkeys anyway and don't mind the step up - and I and the wife would be using the rear bath anyway! I did like the way it drove though, very satisfying ride and smooth operation from the pilot side.
LIKE THE MID ENTRY DOOR THE TWO FULL BATHROOMS THE WASHER AND DRYER DON’T LIKE THE COOKTOP IT NEEDS TO BE FOUR BURNERS NO OVEN NO KITCHEN COUNTER SPACE NO PANTRY NO FLIP UP TOP BUNK BED TO HIGH UP BATH TUB IN THE FIRST BATHROOM TP REPLACEMENT IN THE FIRST BATHROOM MATT AND ANDREA I REMEMBER YOU GUYS DID ONE OF THIS BEFORE TOOK YOU FOREVER TO FILM
Why is the DEF fill on the opposite side from the fuel fill? Think this is catering to families with children, I'm not interested in 2 full baths. I would replace hallway shower with washer/dryer.
I noticed that the outdoor awnings that you didn't actually cover in this video come together right over the door. So it's like the only place that isn't covered by the awning is right at the door that you're using to go in and out. That seems to be a dislike in my opinion
very nice.... could do without bunks for me... but for those that use them, that 2nd bathroom is really about perfect... tub big enough for little kids.. or dog etc. ... if the step in is a big problem for anyone, the other shower does not have that problem.... most of the time that would not affect the age group that bathroom appears designed for, not having a tub would be more of an issue with little ones, and good for 2nd bathroom, many reasons to have a bathtub full of water besides kids and dogs, almost like a giant sink. grandma will probably not be using that shower, the grandson will, and he might fill the tub with ice and beer. ... and mid entry very good mid entry is what i love to see on these.... i HATE front entry door bus looking models even if they are the best top of the line you can get, just a horrible place for the door all around, even though it does fit and work well.... they just suck being there for a multitude of reasons, far too many too list, just one.. imagine you got andrea crashed out in passenger seat and you want to stop for gas or something.... you basically have to wake her up and make her move her desk pullout and put legs down or whatnot just get out of the rv on front door models.... on this, she would never know you even stopped. just one reason mid entry is so much better in my opinion.... excellent full surround net on bunk over cab and setup... almost invisible when in up position, good for those like me who would probably never pull it down but once every 5 years. great view out of it if you were to sleep with window shades open.... which very well may do boondocking middle of nowhere, with surround net, just seems like a more unique and better sleeping spot than most bunk over sleeping spots.
It feels like Thor forced the layout; I have a Jayco Precept 36a and it has more underneath storage than this coach. I feel like everyone buys what fits their situation best. My next purchase will be an entegra 44R; I have a family that needs room and on these 38' layouts there's not enough room for flow. Just mho.
The only thing I thought that was half way decent was the master bathroom. That seemed to be the only room that there was really any thought put into. The rest of the coach, in my opinion, wasn’t thought out too well. There doesn’t seem to be enough storage in the kitchen area ie lack of any space for a pantry. The placement of the TV is horrible and the price is way too high for what they are offering. They really need to rethink this model and price….Just my opinion which doesn’t mean much of anything lol 😂🙂
For the price it's really lacking inside storage ... Very little closet space for clothes ... Almost zero for the kids clothing... The little they have would have to be used as a pantry (and for a family unit it's still a very small pantry)... Zero counter space in the kitchen and the stove is way too close to the dinette... And a TPO roof?? WTF?? Should be fiberglass for that price... Overall this floorplan needs a rethink and start from scratch
Dislikes. Mid entry, small TV, no countertop, couch need theater seats, bunk does not flip, shower I would trip getting in and out of. Loves. Stackable washer and dryer, tilt a bed, the whole back bathroom, the front seats swivel.
How can you NOT embarrassed doing these? You come off as a Circus Barker. There must be something else you can do for a buck. Think it over. Have mercy on us. TY
Sorry Cass! I completely understand if our style of review isn’t your cup of tea. But please know that they are 100% authentic and true to who we are! They are plenty of other TH-cam channels that are more detailed oriented but that just isn’t Matt and Andrea. We appreciate your time watching and commenting and no matter what I hope you find a great RV and you hit the road! Happy Camping 🏕

Secondary shower is for kids and pets! Love it 😊
Thanks for showing some entry level coaches. I appreciate it.
Except for the high step in that one shower, I think this RV is down right adorable.

Very nice, well balanced with bunks. Impressive
I think the artwork is an abstract of the head of a cow! Very nice RV. Oh...and the cow has a hat on!

That door location you love so much, is probably where a food pantry would go. 😎
Is it air suspension on the front AND back? I like the middle entry door rather than front entries.

the small shower for the guess should be transform into a pantry.
Looks like a comfortable RV for a family
Nice. Need to fix your contrast so we can actually see inside the basement compartments.

Price point is high for features. Should be all electric, maybe a televator, dishwasher, etc. $339,000 is nuts!

It’s official, Prime showering position 🚿 ! Ping 🎶
No countertop space, small TV, weak horn, floor vent in front of sink, no flip up bunks, no good under seat dinette storage. Come on, man!
Pretty poor outside storage, too.

A big dislike for me is no right hand side cup holders for the driver.
I'd take that first shower out, make it a half bath, and use the space to make the kids closet deeper and convert it to a pantry.
I’m the first to comment 🤪 sup Matt!
Absolutely hate when they give you a giant LP tank but no LP cook burners or oven. Give me both electric and LP cooking options.

The placement of the TV is horrible and the price is way too high for what they are offering. They really need to rethink this model and price….Just my opinion which doesn’t mean much of anything lol 😂🙂
Everything was almost perfect, switch the stove in the sink so you're not cooking next to your couch
I love you guys. I think it's a jellyfish
I don't want my children's bunks to flip!
Nobody ❤
👍
Happy Easter! No bunny ears tiara? :O
Likes: master shower, 2 baths, ccc, exterior storage. Dislikes: bunk beds aren't convertible, smaller bathroom shower too small, no oven, no televator/tv position, no wardrobe (deal brealker).
beep beep, lol. whomp whomp
AnDRAYA needs to start dressing like her emoji or pick a new emoji.
Mummy Art Deco….lol
At that price point and a cheap TPO roof? already Thor is suffering quality problems
Dislikes. Mid entry, small TV, no countertop, couch need theater seats, bunk does not flip, shower I would trip getting in and out of. Loves. Stackable washer and dryer, tilt a bed, the whole back bathroom, the front seats swivel.
Nice sled...need brighter colors inside; current colors may require bi-weekly therapy; very depressing and dark.
The art work "actually is" ugly.
I actually think that the second bath is fine for the kids/ guests. The step up could be used as a "shub" for kids that are too young to take a shower independently & might take a quick bath. This is pretty fancy RV, reflective of the price and the main bath & included washer & dryer, for being on that scale, they should have at least included a countertop extension. + For the overhead bunk that can hold 500lbs, outside storage
& Slam latch exterior doors!
