So today's listen up is about my bestie who has a problem and I'd like to share it with you. So my bestie claims that the most profitable investment in somebody's life is university studies. Like, she believes that having many degrees, as many as possible, is a guaranty for one person's career. Like, if you have two or three degrees this will pay off at some point in the future and you're gonna earn more money than I do. Now, I'm not sure that that is not an individual situation and that it pays off for everybody, but still, that's her point of view. Now, the problem is that she's contemplating a way to persuade her brother to attend a university. Right. And she argues that any other option'd be a waste of time and they keep on arguing... and she states her point of view, but he doesn't listen... and stuff like that. Well, anyway, that boy allegedly, he allegedly wanna be a hairdresser. That's what she says... and... you know there is an argument there... I'm not sure if I should take part in this argument and, you know, poke my nose around their issue. But she asked me, so I asserted her that not everybody has to have two or three degrees. You know, I asserted her that many people who are not highly educated, you know, (they) are still rich. There are many cases in which people have become rich, not having a high school degree, you know what I'm saying? So...well, that's what I said. And also, I can personally envisage that person as a young enterpreneur. I can envisage that he can become a highly successful person without having studied or without having a masters if he wishes to. If he has a tendency to hairstyling or if he's good at it then he should try. He should give it a go. That's what I think. That's what I told her. But, yeah, I thnk she shouldn't be holding him back, not even deliberately trying to hold him back. She deserves...No. He deserves her support and she should be there for him. That's what I think.
