The same spend on faster rail connections would actually help the average Indian's travel speed way more compared to this vanity spend.
The average underpowered and world war 2 engineered truck in India can simply not use these roads to their potential. Slow moving traffic including trucks, buses, taxis etc prevent others from using them to potential as well by being the slow moving obstacles in their path.
ITMS systems will only fine those negotiating such traffic from the left regardless of the fact that, that traffic left space to its left while at 40- 80kph on a 120kph road!!

Only possible if all car owners invest minimum Rs 10000 in nhai bonds. Otherwise it's simply not possible to complete the ongoing projects. Does anybody think that the contractors will complete the work without getting payment.
This roads will be funded by big business houses and they will be getting toll shares for life time. Even perpetually they willbe getting toll tax.

I know how the road are in US, I can speak about it - maybe some interstate highways, but state highways are not that good as well, the roads are wearing out, pavement markings or lane markings are faded, and ofcourse there aren't any dividers or trees to block the headlights from opposite traffic, night time driving on highways also gets dangerous, one good thing is their lane system to drive in one lane or alert before lane changing uthna manners or driving ethics ki credit US, CAN mein de sakte hain, and I totally agree apne walaon ko bhi driving ethics bahuth strong se sikhana chahiye, regardless who BMW chalaye yea fir DCM

Is sabhee expressway par heavy toll tax lagega. Bina toll tax ke 1 km bhee bhee log is expressway par nahin chal sakenge aur is par entry aur exit bahut simit matra mein hogi. Highway ki tadah iska upyog koi nahin kar sakega. Kahin par yeh highway ko cross bhee karega to vahan flyover ka nirman hoga. Kul milakar is express way se aam publjic ko kuchh bhee faida nahin hoga.

Expressway can't be made on hilly area, but 4-6 lanes, good quality highway are under construction in northeast also but in this video only Expressway are covered.
