1) Tyre pressure 33 instead of 35 with Nitrogen - It will cool your car tyres.
2) Try middle lane because in case immediate break require you can control.
3) Keep Eye on the road suddenly Animals or Dogs may come.
4) Try avoid Car music system busy with your family.
5) Carry your own food since no option for Lunch or Dinner during travel
6) Avoid night driving
7) Do not cross 120 kms because speed is getting captured.

I've travelled 1007kms in one day, from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh to Pune via Samriddhi ExpWay.
We started at 4.50AM and reached Wakad, Pune at 10.05PM

Very detailed info. Thanx so much for sharing. Was just a little bit worried regarding the presence of petrol pumps , as will be traveling from Pune to Sambalpur via Samruddhi. Are the petrol pumps operational after every 200-250kms?
Yes Petrol Pumps are there every 200-250 kms. However, if you are planning try putting petrol before Samruddhi starts

Yeah you have an option for Petrol. Make sure you have enough food coz food is unavailable entire trip. Use Nitrogen air for tyre. Also, keep eye on road there are plenty of Animals you will see crossing the road which may distract you. TC reach me out directly in case u need more info

Toll se jyada petrol/diesel lag jata hai old route me. Time waste alag se. 2016 se nashik to ranchi by road up down hai mera. Pehle 2.5 se 3 din lagte the. Abhi 18 ghante me hi ho jata hai. 80 - 90 litre petrol lagta hai, 1535 kms...
I had travelled Bangalore to Nagpur 1100 kms in 14 hours non stop that too 15 years old car.

Yes all that is ok but there are no hotels for stopping on the way,also driving alone is very dangerous on this highway,its a straight road and even if u have not had good sleep it is dangerous,better travel with family or friends.Carry lots of water and fill tyre with nitrogen or carry a tyre deflater as no puncture waala nearby.Never drive at night as it is a death trap.

Could you please help on below.
1. If you exit in any place due to emergency at Aurangabad or Jalna etc... Can you connect back to this route easily.
2. Are there any road side assistance on highway for repairs etc. As it's long express way.

How much total time it took from thane to nagpur
From Thane to Ghoti it took 2.30 since there was traffic and from Samruddhi to Nagpur 8.30 total 10.30. However if you leave early in the morning it won’t take much time

Only one thing are there any restrooms they have made at points. if to travel with family. And how far are petrol pumps and do also they have air facilities. Just asking. But thanks, alot. share your insta ID i will follow you there too.
No problem brother - see rest rooms are only available at Petrol ⛽️ Pumps however from Nagpur to Aurangabad there are less pumps. I think first pump towards Aurangabad is very nearby when Samruddhi starts and second pump is 150-200 kms. So make sure you use first pump and restrooms after that use second one. To be very honest there is nothing you just need to use middle lane and keep eye on the road since suddenly any animals cross the road. If you need more any info reach me out directly without any hesitation coz family is important 😊

The most illogical decision will be to travel to nagpur by rd which will take close to 10 hrs..... when flight can help u reach in 4 hrs ( 1hr home to airport + 2 hrs airport + 1 hr flight)
Avg flight ticket is just 3.5 to 4 k
P.S - The road is also quite straight which makes it boring for drivers
If only one person is traveling then only flight is better option
