  • Here is my Seascape Strawberry Review. My first batch of Seascape Day Neutral Strawberries did not make it. It was stuck in below zero temperatures and although the plants did not arrive frozen they did not make it. They started to leaf out and then died. About 4 out of 25 plants grew but were not healthy. So I reordered from a different supplier and these plants look great. Here is where I got them: amzn.to/3TxEOn9
I will be doing a complete Seascape Review in a couple of days at staygreengarde...

I just planted my seascapes yesterday. They were looking good and I also put them in the vivosun 5tier planter

I can't wait to see how yours turn out! My Seascapes last year were pretty good, but several malformed berries. The ones that did best for me were Albion. The Albions were huge and blemish-free and didn't get overripe and mushy so quickly. Both Seascape and Albion produced in June and early August with a few berries between those times. I grew them in large no. 15 pots, 4 plants each. I'm in zone 8 near Portland Or. I hope you get a chance to compare Albion to your Seascapes. I also tried Ozark Beauty and Sequoia...don't waste your time on those (in zone 8). Have fun!

Thanks for sharing. I'm North of Seattle so kind of in the same neighborhood. But I am indoors and Albion did not perform well for me. Malformed berries are from incomplete pollination most likely.
