Mike is spot on with the cardio, walking is the literally the best thing you can do to burn calories. I’ve been doing 30 min walks on a treadmill with the incline on 10 and the fat started melting off after the first month
The brushing your teeth in the evening trick, when cravings hit, is a good one that works for me too. I believe it's a common psychological hack - brain thinks "oh teeth are brushed and cleaned, we're not eating anymore today then cool". Recommend it.

The first thing you wanna do is get a tan 10 shades darker than a normal person has. This will increase your overall look 10 fold in clothes or naked..Shows way more definition even if your bodyfat isnt 10 or below. It keeps your skin tighter and the heat will help bring out your vascularity more often like your always pumped.
Wont help if your a fatty. Very difficult to maintaining a tan that deep unless your surrounded by a beach or your hitting the tanning salon twice a week consistently. But yes a good diet, training and being in an active person also helps.. Cheers

Great video, right on time. I have been following your advice on fat loss for a while now (doing 10k and ramping up to 15k daily or walking on an incline). However a big change came when I started investing more in nutrition. I hate to say it but there is this triangle between eating healthy/ eathing good / costs and you can only choose 2.
I used to skimp out and try to get the cheapest sources of quality protein available, but to be honest the choice is very little. Now I’m investing a bit more so I can eat both good and healthy. I’m not hating my meals and I get good quality protein and make gains. The downside is ofcourse the costs but that’s an investment I’m willing to make

I've been watching some shorts about Mike Metzner and his methodology on bodybuilding. He talks a lot about the recovery period and how muscle is built in the recovery period and not in the gym. He talks about the dangers of over training and only recommends weight training every 4-7 days. On the days a person does go to the gym, every workout is to failure or almost to failure. Can you talk about how long a person's recovery period should be?

as someone with fast metabolism, what if i go on a calorie deficit, drink loads more water but increase my protein intake per day? and on top of that, increase my cardio. what do we think about this? to burn body fat and build/maintain muscle.
Late night - zero calorie fizzy drinks and also low calorie ice cream is great. That has helped me massively over the last 3 year staying around 12%

When losing the last 5 pounds i always revert to refeeds and intermitting faster which usuzlly consists of skipping breakfast and eating 12 to 8 first mean being a protien breakfast
