But the first half of the NBA season, Jalen Green looked terrible, with some moments of genius here and there. Then there was that dunk contest where the boy just looked like a fool. The hate was justified, he looked like a bad pick for No 2, he looked like he should have went No 7, 8 or 9, maybey 10 in the 1st round. I’m happy for him that he’s doing better.
@@John-ct9zs not uncommon for rookies to struggle the first half of the season Anthony Edwards put up similar numbers to Jalen before the All Star break and he’s doing just fine and Darius Garland was considered one of the worst players in the league his rookie season and he’s doing just fine ppl forget Jalen was literally playing AAU as a high school kid two years ago lol

Yea that was tha 1st thing I noticed.. he protected tha ball driving cuz tha rockets be too loose with tha ball and it drives me crazy 😂😂
His footwork has vastly improved and he’s protecting it going in. Love to see young guys improve.

He needs to develop a post fade away overhead shooting form on close range til he gets a consistent midrange shot. To develop that, he needs to be perfect on close range overhead shots like 10ft til he reach 15footer jumpshot..
He's only a rookie he's a natural scorer he will develop a mid range give him time

He did have an off first year Jalen can improve his Field goal percentage as well but he's a rookie once he figures it out it's game over
