So leaving the butterfly connected will lead to a rather audible noise any time it actuates. I brought mine to a Volvo dealer afterwards and they just pulled the connections out and packed them with dialectic grease, haven’t had a code in over a year
@@davidquinn435 I can understand that but based on the nomenclature of their older stuff referring to an i4 as a t5 or t6 seems misleading. Kinda like the electric taycan being called a turbo

3in Straight pipe without resonator and in dynamic mode sounds better i had an xc90 wich has the same engine setup as this and it sounded way better

Hey guys 19 v60 owner here, im trying to figure out a system for my car. Id probably trade the resonator for a tube style borla or something.
You should of done a drive test for the muffler delete too really hear what it sounds like at higher rpms

This is an automatic doesn’t really matter, manual yea I agree. You can hear the engine just fine in the cabin in its stock configuration.
