I have a Ruggerini MD 151 on a generator, never seen it run, has 0.3 hours on it, purchased new injectors and fuel pumps for it because its been sitting for 20 years, it wants to crank but will not, its getting fuel, has good compression, is there a way of timing these engines other than the small gasket looking shims that god under the fuel pumps that is pushed by the cam? Something is not quite right with the fuel timing. Anything you can tell me is helpful, its hard to find out anything on this engine for me.
