I love how your husband is so into everything Disney! It’s really refreshing to see men into it as well as us women, my ex husband was never into it so we went 1x the 18 yrs we were married. Now my kids and I go all the time! Can’t wait to be I Florida soon!
“The entire population of the US is on line for Flight of Passage” LOST IT when you said that lol. Btw just stumbled upon your videos because I’m going to Disney in November and I’be got a serious case of Disney on the brain so I’m watching a bunch of Disney videos lol but you seem so sweet and cool so I definitely had to sub to you!
Hey! Loving your Disney videos. Do you think you could do a Disney tips video or a “ideal Disney itinerary” where you tell us what the best time to go is and what to ride and not to ride, that kind of thing.
I don't know if this is still the case but I was there this past summer (mid July aka larger crowds) with the intent of riding Flight of Passage. My boyfriend and I weren't staying on property so we weren't able to get a fastpass for FOP only for Na'vi River Journey. We went to AK early hoping to get on FOP before the heavy crowds came long story short, it was about 9 am and the line for FOP was already at 3 hours the cast member at the end of the FOP line told me and my boyfriend that if we didn't want to wait in this line to come back between 1-4 pm when everyone is getting lunch the wait times for FOP and Na'vi River are usually between 45 mins to an hour. So with the cast member's advice my boyfriend and I decided to get out of that line (because I mean honestly, 3 hours of waiting is insane) and come back to FOP around 1/1:30 pm and we wait 30 MINS for FOP.. IT WAS AMAZING!
Looks like another fun day! Port Orleans does look so relaxed and lovely. The Nav'i River ride is kind of pretty, albeit lame. It needs a drop or two in there somewhere to make it worth the wait. ;) And Flight of Passage is worth the wait. The first time we went on it we waited for two and a half hours. By the two hour mark we were beginning to think of retreating, that it could not possibly be worth the wait as we went through doorway after doorway only to have our hopes of getting on the ride crushed each time when we saw that we had entered yet another room of winding queue area. However, once we were actually on our breathing seats and arrived in Pandora-- well, it erased the pain of standing for the 2 plus hours! We actually went back the next month and stood for another two and half hours and pretty much went through the same thought pattern again. :0 :) The next month, by the grace of God, we scored a FastPass. That is definitely the way to go!
Hey you guys have captured the spirit of Disney. We have been many times but failed to capture those magic moments. you are a perfect couple that has produced a brilliant show for us. please carry on with your ventures and don't forget to include us. Just carry on enjoying live to full. Thank you again for your treasured memories
Love this!! My boyfriend was sitting next to me while I was watching and he kept hearing Riley and saying, “That sounds like something I would say!” Hahaha.
I love your Disney videos-it’s how I originally found your channel one year ago! I have been watching them every morning before work :) Riley’s commentary has me cracking up every time!
This vlog is so helpful and I love how the two of you are so laid back about it all. I know how easy it is to get stressed about what to do next, etc. Thanks for the video!
Been in such a bad funk lately, been trying to over come it.. But i found your disney vlogs and it brought me such good memories of 2011 when i went there with the 2 family members that passed away along with my mom, and i have such big goals i want to accomplish this year like my ged, drivers license, find a fulltime job, fitness goals, etc. And now i want to accomplish them even more and manage to treat myself to disneyworld so bad by next year. Thank you for getting me refocused
Doing flight of passage and Navi river at park opening is doable without crazy waits. Be there before rope drop. Hubby and I got to ride without wait even with kiddies. Riderswap is fantastic. Had a fast pass for later in the day so got to ride flight of passage twice without waiting more then maybe 25 min. Was great!
We love French Quarter, have stayed there couple of times. Quiet, laid back and you can go over to Riverside to do movies or activities. Cast members are great there and we love the little bar for a glass of wine at the end of the day.
I love staying at French Quarter! That’s where I learned how to swim as a child and it’s where I still like to stay to this day! Love heating your vlogs.
Me and my family have stayed in the French quarter before and it is such a beautiful resort. Great to see your trip even though it's making me miss Disney SO bad
My family rode Flight of Passage during our December trip, and we were able to watch Pocahontas and Meet the Robinsons all the way through before we were able to get on it. Loved it, but wouldn’t wait in that line again!
The line was inside indeed. Just a few days after you, we waited in line for Flight of Passage straight at opening of Extra Magic Hours and waited for 120minutes..... Incredible! On a different days we rode Navii River Journey and waited an hour + but I must admit we were pretty underwhelmed by this ride.
I was there for pandora opening on opening day. We rode the Navi river within 15 mins from opening and had fast passes to FOP. There was a 2 hour long line to go to the pandora store and flight of passage line was all the way to dinoland. It was all very well organized though.
Loved this video! Thanks for sharing. The French Quarter looks so nice. I’m probably going to stay there next year for The Dopey Challenge. It does look quiet and charming
I feel your pain when you didn't get to go to Castaway Cay- I also was stoked for the 5K- and when the ship couldn't dock because of high winds! Super disappointed, however, a day at sea on the Disney Cruise is better than a day in the office!! or at Home!! great blog and am looking forward to your Etsy store opening so I can look at your shirts!
Just found your videos and loving your vlog, I feel like I’m at a Disney with you! I love the Germany pavilion! We rode FOP at the end of June and everyone in my group loved it, including my 72 year old mother!
Seeing you two standing in the crowd of people outside of pandora brought back terrible memories 😂😂😂 we tried to rope drop flight of passage in December of 2017. And the crowd just kept pushing together more and more and oh it made me an anxious wreck so we had to go walk through the bushes beside of tiffins to get out of line. 😂😂😂 never again. But glad you were able to do it! I just couldn’t handle the crowd
I had to wait in that huge Flight of Passage line last summer! We got there a little before the park opened cause for whatever reason it was open a little early, and the line was STILL two hours long. But at least it was in the morning and it wasnt that hot out yet! But i can safely say that the line was WORTH IT. Best ride ever.
Just stumbled upon your channel. In October, my parents were sick and couldn’t do Flight of Passage, I searched for 2 people to take the passes and people rather stand in the 3 hour standby. Cast members couldn’t even find a duo to ride it then. At Christmas it was 5 hour wait and the line was back out to Africa. Was crazy.
Hello, our plan is exactly the same as yours when it comes to riding Na’vi River Journey and Flight of Passage. We have FPs for Flight Passage and are thinking about rope dropping Na’vi. It will be our first time experiencing Pandora as well, can’t wait! 17 days to go!! Great video!
Expedition Everest is also my favourite ride! Last time I visited Disney (Jan/2016) me and my sister rode it 11 times in a row with single rider, little to no wait! It was a lot of fun :p I just found out your videos and am having a wonderful time watching your Disney vlogs! Thanks for sharing ❤️
Ooh, favorite pavilion? That's a tough one. I am going to have to go with Germany. I just love Germany and the little trains are so cute! Your vlogs are so great - I am really enjoying 'coming along' with you and Riley on your WDW trip. My husband and I are heading there in March. Can't wait!
We are actually looking at PO FQ for our next trip because it looks nice and small so I'm glad to see you recommend it. Art of Animation WORE US OUT. It was fun for Zoey to experience once and stay in the Little Mermaid room, but it was just too big of a resort and anxiety-inducing for us, haha. It is not for introverts at all. Never again. We think French Quarter will be a lot better for us and more our style, so I've been looking at it a lot lately to book for next May. We rode Navi at park closing and waited maybe 10 minutes, so that was good. We were gravely disappointed though... the Shaman animatronic was down so we saw a screen instead :( I'm so glad we didn't wait for that ride. But we LOVED Flight of Passage :) So glad we had a FP+ for that.
Hi this was a fun video. I'm researching for a future trip and was wondering how to go about the Flight of Passage ride. I see that even now with the Animal Kingdom early access that it's a huge wait! I like the way you went about it, with securing the Fast Pass and going on the Avatar river ride in the meantime. I like the laid back personable style of the vlog. Thanks.
Last Disney World trip we stayed off property and did not have the dining plan. We only ate in the park for lunch. Yak & Yeti was awesome. There were 5 of us. We shared the local mein & dim sum. All of us were full when we left😀
So often the wait times are over projected. When we got in line for flight of passage it said 150 minutes but we waiting for an hour maybe an hour and a half at most. The ride itself is definitely incredible but it is pretty short in my opinion to be worth such long waits. But I couldn’t agree more about the comparison. Soarin is very relaxing to me and Harry Potter forbidden journey made me extremely nauseous. Flight of passage left me a bit shaken but not enough for it to not be an enjoyable experience.
The rides in China are all over 120+ mins waiting time, I went there in off season and only manage to go on 4 rides, or I heard there’s VIP tickets you can buy which will get you on all of the big rides
Your plan for animal kingdom looked great, thank you for the tips! The food all looked great! It’s going to be my first time in disneyworld in November, I’m so excited! The pavilions look amazing and huge! And the fireworks look amazing too!
Love your videos! We were at Animal Kingdom on the coldest day in Florida in 40 years - Jan 2, 2018! FROZE to DEAth! haha... had a fast pass for Flight of Passage - thank goodness and it was awesome! The Starbucks coffee line was sooooo long because everyone was freezing! Jealous when I heard you talk about it being 80 degrees in Jan in Florida. I live in Georgia - so if I had a choice - I'd much rather take on the cold than go in the heat!
I can't pick just one favorite pavilion, so I'll pick two - Mexico and France! And no we have not rode any of the Pandora rides yet, hoping we get to for our April trip! :)
My family and I loved Flight of Passage and we love Yak&Yeti. The first time I rode Flight of Passage I was so moved that I cried a little. Unfortunately we did not have a fast pass either time we rode it so we had to wait four hours.
I didn't realize we overlapped on Tuesday, too, although we headed out of Epcot with tired kiddos shortly after you would've gotten there! Japan and Mexico were my favorite pavilions although I wish I had been able to see more of France.
Love your vlogs!! We are just getting our vlogs started and I love getting ideas from other people! Great tip to go right to navii river ride!! I cannot believe people wait 4 hours for FOP !
We were at Animal Kingdom in the first 2 weeks in August 2017. We had FP+ for FOL so we immediately went to Expedition. We literally rode it 4 times in a row. We walked on each time.
We went in November and it was crazy in Pandora. We were lucky enough to get fast passes for both rides. We actually weren't going to go on the flight of passage. But I told my mom that we need to go cause I can't get flight of passage fast pass again . We rushed over and made it with one minute to spare! Talk about stressful! Edit: I made my mom go on Expedition Everest which was not like me. Cause I'm not a big roller coaster fan. And I loved it honestly!!
LOL @ "We have a plan, go to the lame ride...." Agreed, Navi River was kinda lame....not terrible but not great. Also, not sure if you guys mentioned this as I haven't watched the entire video but you can show up at the back of the line 5 minutes before park closing, and they still have to let you on. Most people don't know this.
We waited 2hours for flight of passage and I can honestly say it was worth every minute ... best ride ever ... 🙌🙌🙌 also met some amazing people waiting in line ... we made it fun 👌
Okay I’m going back to watch your Disney vids because we are going in a little over a month and I can’t wait! BUT two things...one - I am Canadian and have never seen poutine with cheese soup on it, it should have gravy lol. Will I still try it? Absolutely. Two - my husband and I were there the same time as you guys and we are in the shot at finding nemo lol. I noticed it a couple months ago the first time I watched this but I felt weird pointing myself out. But I just think what a small world hey?? (Pun not intended but will take credit for it lol)
For our trip that week we went to Animal Kingdom Thursday and that morning we had our breakfast reservations at Tusker House at 8:10 then went straight to Pandora. We were in line 15 mins prior to park opening and ended up waiting about an hour and 40mins. It was a bit long but we were constantly moving the ENTIRE time since it was early and they were filling the cue which was nice! While in line the decor and theme was AMAZING including the glowing "jungle", caves and laboratory with the full size Na'vi! Did you get to see any of that with fast passes? We tried desperately to get a fast pass for Flight it Passage but we didn't have any luck. :( We agree the River Journey isn't worth a long wait at all. It was beautiful but we were very thankful to have a fast pass because that line was long most of the day too.
No, we didn't get to see any of that in the Fast Pass line, which is such a bummer!! (Well, we could peek through and see bits and pieces of it, but definitely missed the full experience.) Hopefully next trip we can do FOP at park opening and walk through the "real" queue.
Blair Lamb Its definitely worth seeing the line wasn't bad that early since it was constantly moving. Another thing that we did was go right before the park closed to see the lights and also hopped in line again and it was quick. It was spBEAUTIFUL at night and you could look over all over Pandora! That took about 45 mins total including ride time!
Hey, he actually identified France correctly this time hahahahahahaha. Fav pavilion is probably either Germany for the amazing Christmas tree shop or Italy for the unparalleled pasta. I havent been to Disney since 2013 (it was my high school senior trip) so I haven't gotten to experience any of the new Pandora world or even entirety of New Fantasyland. Hoping to go again soon!
New subscriber! Love your channel, you guys are great 😍 I also love the Japan pavilion, lots of restaurant choices, great shopping! Especially love the koi pond area, so peaceful! Feel the same as you about the Navi River( lots to look at) but basically a boat ride. Loved Flight of Passage, not so sure it loved my stomach😬. Would take a little nausea medication for next time !
Hi Jan! 👋🏼 Welcome! ❤️ Unfortunately, I've heard several people who have struggled with motion sickness on FOP. I've heard that sitting in the middle helps because the image isn't as warped...not sure if that's true or not!
Woah, I have never seen a line that long before! I'm surprised so many people were prepared to wait half a day :/ Can't imagine what the queue would be like in Summer? Glad you enjoyed Everest.... I'm terrified of rollercoasters! The Japan pavilion is my fav, although I do remember really enjoying the Norway pavilion (I bought a few trolls - showing my old age!)
That line is ridiculous. My cap is normally 50 minutes, and that's only if I really like it. The longest I've ever waited was like 3 hours for Seven Dwarves Mine Cart.
Anxious to visit WDW later this year and ride Flight of Passage! How long did you wait in the fast pass line? Those long lines when you first got there were crazy! My favorite pavilion at Epcot is Japan :)
Hey, Love your videos, just curious how you got your hands on fast passes like Seven Dwarves or Flight of Passage and Frozen. I can never get fast passes for popular rides like that. Being a pass holder, I go very often but I can't seem to snag good rides like that.
I make my FP+ reservations 180 days ahead of time the minute they become available for our trip. I then make the reservations in order of difficulty, not in chronological order. Everything I learned about snagging FP+s I learned from Shannon at wdwprepschool.com! Hope that helps!
I have a question if I have a fast pass for a ride and it says to be there 2:00-3:00 do you get on a ride between that hour or does it exceed beyond that hour? We will be in Disney this week and wanted to know. Thank you I’m a new sub and love your videos.
For all intents and purposes, you need to arrive at the ride between 2 and 3pm and get in the FP+ line. There's a small grace period on either end, but you're meant to arrive in that time slot.
Love the Vlogs! FYI - I know hindsight is 20/20 but... if you are ever at AK that early and that close to the bridge, definitely do FoP first! You would've virtually walked right on and then afterwards had a very short wait for Na'vi. And, as you found out, likely would've been more then happy to use your FP for a 2nd FoP ride later:)
We actually liked Na'vi, but I'm a sucker for relaxing boat rides. Having said that, it's not worth any wait and deserves no hype:) I just realized our trip overlapped yours! We were there Jan 13-23. You just missed the really cold weather we experienced (I loved it, but just didn't expect it). Also, add another vote for Mexico as favorite WS pavilion (see relaxing boat ride comment above;)
I’m interest in purchasing a Canon G7x Mark II. Do you mount it to anything while you are holding it or are you holding the camera itself? If you are holding the camera itself, is it comfortable to hold while vlogging?
We did the same as you. Fast pass for flight of passage and walk on to river journey. We weren’t silly. 👍 (we vlogged if you want to watch) When we go back we need to get an ice cream sandwich.
I love how your husband is so into everything Disney! It’s really refreshing to see men into it as well as us women, my ex husband was never into it so we went 1x the 18 yrs we were married. Now my kids and I go all the time! Can’t wait to be I Florida soon!
Hahaha, it's one of our few shared hobbies. We're both obsessed! So glad you get to go a lot now!!
"got to the lame ride" LMAO i love when Riley said "shhh" and you looks around to see if someone heard
“The entire population of the US is on line for Flight of Passage”
LOST IT when you said that lol. Btw just stumbled upon your videos because I’m going to Disney in November and I’be got a serious case of Disney on the brain so I’m watching a bunch of Disney videos lol but you seem so sweet and cool so I definitely had to sub to you!
Literally. That was so crazy! I'm so excited for your trip in November!!! Thanks for following along!
Me too! It’s night here and I busted a guy, my partner was like ‘wtf?’ But he’s use to of it when I TH-cam
Hey! Loving your Disney videos. Do you think you could do a Disney tips video or a “ideal Disney itinerary” where you tell us what the best time to go is and what to ride and not to ride, that kind of thing.
I don't wait more than 20 min for a ride. I'm really just here for the food. Lol
^^Never read a truer comment. 😂🙌🏻
I don't know if this is still the case but I was there this past summer (mid July aka larger crowds) with the intent of riding Flight of Passage. My boyfriend and I weren't staying on property so we weren't able to get a fastpass for FOP only for Na'vi River Journey.

GREAT advice!!!
“I’m trying to be zero percent like Logan Paul” was by far the best quote of this video
Truth!
14:38 correct, best part
I love that quote and the quote at around 18:45 "smells like funnel cake and happy people!" 😂 Blair, you're so cute!
Looks like another fun day! Port Orleans does look so relaxed and lovely. The Nav'i River ride is kind of pretty, albeit lame. Hahaha, I totally agree that Navi River needs a drop or two! ;) And yes, FOP is insane. Loved it so much.
That crowd of people would stress me out sooo bad. I love Disney sooooo much but crowds make me anxious. Thank God for fast passes.
Hey you guys have captured the spirit of Disney. All the very, very best to you this year! I'm sorry you've had a rough time lately.
I’ve only been to Epcot once, but I really liked the dinner in the big Moroccan restaurant.
Was great!
Holy cow!! I can’t believe the line for Flight of Passage. Wild. People are seriously dedicated and patient to wait in line that long.
I know! So crazy!!
*We are staying at Port Orleans French Quarter at the end of the month and I cannot wait! It's our first family trip.*
We love French Quarter, have stayed there couple of times. Quiet, laid back and you can go over to Riverside to do movies or activities. Cast members are great there and we love the little bar for a glass of wine at the end of the day.

I just discovered this channel - Amazing vlogs!
Thank you!
Definitely love the Norway and Canada pavilions! Also you and Riley are so adorable together!!
Those Pandora lines are insane! I love Epcot at night. Such an awesome place to be! Thanks for sharing.

I bet you guys would love POFQ. We adore it! There were no animatronics on NRJ when we rode it either!!! Really disappointing.

The pavillions at Epcot are great but with a double stroller, they seemed tiny to us! :)
I love your videos so much but these vlogs 😍 are amazing now I’m really excited to go in June. Thank you very much for making videos.
Ashlinn & Jeff I’m going in June too!
These vlogs are just the best! Getting me so excited for my trip in April💗
Just bought a Disney annual pass and we’re going next week for 2 Days. I’m so excited!
Ahhh! That’s awesome!!!
That monorail turned out so pretty!
It really did! I was so smitten!
I cried a little too!! 😭😍❤️
Aw!! 😍❤️
Now I wanna go after watching your video! You should do a video on the prices on a trip here.
we stayed at French Quarter as well in April it was amazing! we are staying at beach club next week❤️ I love these vlogs...they make me so excited!
I love how your videos are long and entertaining
I didn't realize we overlapped on Tuesday, too, although we headed out of Epcot with tired kiddos shortly after you would've gotten there! Japan and Mexico were my favorite pavilions although I wish I had been able to see more of France.
p.s. I'm really looking forward to your HS and MK videos so I can sort of relive our days in those parks, which were my favorite days ever!
Yes! HS is next!!
Love your vlogs!! We are just getting our vlogs started and I love getting ideas from other people! Great tip to go right to navii river ride!! I cannot believe people wait 4 hours for FOP !
i swear i watch your Disney vids WAY too much !! hehe so ready for my trip in November
What was that drink you had in the morning? It looked so much fun and tasty!
We were at Animal Kingdom in the first 2 weeks in August 2017. We had FP+ for FOL so we immediately went to Expedition. We literally rode it 4 times in a row. We walked on each time.
That was such a great plan on your part!! Maybe we'll do that next time! :)
Ok but your voice sounds like a princess!
Wow, thanks! :)
We just went to Pandora in November and the Navi River was lame, beautiful, but lame. Flight of Passage, on the other hand, is my favorite ride ever!
Beautiful and lame. Yep! 😬😂
The first time I had poutine it was at Epcot just like y’all had and it was so good!!
Love all ur disney videos .. we going in may and cannot wait. Thank u for all info ...
How fun! Have a great trip!!!
We waited 2hours for flight of passage and I can honestly say it was worth every minute ... best ride ever ... 🙌🙌🙌 also met some amazing people waiting in line ... we made it fun 👌
That's awesome! We absolutely loved it too. And honestly, two hours isn't that bad of a wait for FOP!
My favorite pavilion is Morocco. It'really beautiful
i love your disney vlogs and i love flight of passage
Okay I’m going back to watch your Disney vids because we are going in a little over a month and I can’t wait! BUT two things...one - I am Canadian and have never seen poutine with cheese soup on it, it should have gravy lol. Will I still try it? Absolutely. Two - my husband and I were there the same time as you guys and we are in the shot at finding nemo lol. I noticed it a couple months ago the first time I watched this but I felt weird pointing myself out. But I just think what a small world hey?? (Pun not intended but will take credit for it lol)
No way! It really is a small world--especially in Disney! ;)
who else is watching this during quarantine cuz they can’t go to disney? :(
For our trip that week we went to Animal Kingdom Thursday and that morning we had our breakfast reservations at Tusker House at 8:10 then went straight to Pandora.
Hahaha! 😂 🇫🇷 I love Germany and Italy too! 😍 Hope you get to visit soon!!
I love her videos Blair you are my inspiration
Ok but your voice sounds like a princess
Totally should have rode Flight of passage first then river journey, you would have been able to complete both before park open.
Yep, we clearly see that now! 👌🏻That's what we'll do next time.
Woah, I have never seen a line that long before! I'm surprised so many people were prepared to wait half a day :/
Can't imagine what the queue would be like in Summer?
Glad you enjoyed Everest.... I'm terrified of rollercoasters!
The Japan pavilion is my fav, although I do remember really enjoying the Norway pavilion (I bought a few trolls - showing my old age!)
I truly cannot imagine what that line will be like in the summer! 😱 You guys have got to get back to the states for a Disney World trip!! 😉
I know! So much on our bucket list ;)
I have to say I was very underwhelmed by the pandora boat ride. I was in disbelief when it was over, was so short.
Agreed. Beautiful but underwhelming to me.
Did you do a resort tour on this trip? I'm staying at Riverside for the first time in April and these vlogs are getting me so excited!
I didn't! We stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter and there are lots of great resort tours on TH-cam if you want to take a look! :)
I wish the weather was like this when we went early January it was so cold but fun i miss Disney world and also new sub i love your videos so far
That line is ridiculous. My cap is normally 50 minutes, and that's only if I really like it. The longest I've ever waited was like 3 hours for Seven Dwarves Mine Cart.
It was seriously crazy!!
How early before rope drop did you leave the hotel in the morning? Also is the “Starbucks” open in animal kingdom before rope drop?
Anxious to visit WDW later this year and ride Flight of Passage! How long did you wait in the fast pass line? Those long lines when you first got there were crazy! My favorite pavilion at Epcot is Japan :)
The FP line took about 10-20 minutes. Not bad at all!
OMG IS THAT THE LINE FOR FLIGHT OF PASSAGE ?
Hey I’m going to Disney next week do you have any rides that you recommend?
Yep, that's what we'll do next time. We wanted to ride NRJ without a wait and had no idea we'd think it was so...lame. 😬🙈
Japan is hands down my favorite pavilion too!
I just love it!!! ❤️
I’m interest in purchasing a Canon G7x Mark II. Do you mount it to anything while you are holding it or are you holding the camera itself? If you are holding the camera itself, is it comfortable to hold while vlogging?
I hold it alone, yes it's comfortable!
Where can I get a sweater like yours? It’s so adorable!
Target!
Do you recommend the dining plan when planning a WDW vacation?
We did the same as you. Fast pass for flight of passage and walk on to river journey. We weren’t silly. 👍 (we vlogged if you want to watch)
When we go back we need to get an ice cream sandwich.
🐭🍦😍❤️ Though in hindsight we'd ride FOP first, I'm kind of glad we didn't have to be a part of that chaos at park opening! 😬🙈
