Calipari coached at two universities that were put on probation. He lied to Kentucky's fan base about championships. Keeping Calipari is like Boeing keeping their former CEO.
Point shaving, Rupp. Fact. Probation under Joe Hall. Fact. First program to nearly get the death penalty under Fast Eddie. Fact. No NCAA infractions under Cal. Fact. You probably are the Kentucky president for Q-Anon. If integrity was important to you, you would have stopped being a Kentucky fan in the 1950s.
Calipari lied to fans when he was hired. He about winning championships and keeping the Kentucky tradition alive. Several years later, he told several former players that he wasn't at Kentucky to win Championships. Now he comes out about winning championships. First time Calipari lied to you, shame on him. The second time he lied to you, shame on you if you believe him again.
This whole "lifetime contract" and the buy-out, has come back to bite us in the behind. U give someone with his ego, that kind of message, he's only gotten more arrogant, more condescending towards media, fans. Should have made it incentive based, IF You're going to do that
