Well done dude, Im from germany (Half russian) and was able to understand everything, thanks for sharing your knowledge and keep up the good work. I left a sub.
This becomes an entirely different ballpark when you're dealing with Chinese characters, but that you so much for the tutorial! It helped a lot with my project.
Hey Howard - Thanks for the video! Unfortunately, when I click "Stroke Path" nothing happens. No pop-up window appears, and it will not stroke the selected text. I am trying to do this for a July 4th Flyer, and would love if you could help me troubleshoot this if you get a chance. Thanks!
Thanks for the tutorial! I always enjoy watching them. :) Whenever I try to help people to learn to use Photoshop, I always direct them to your channel. Great job! Keep it up
SUPER helpful! Didn't work on my white background but I'm looking forward to trying all the tips I learned in the video. Your voice is super clear and engaging. Do you have any slower lessons for novices? I wanted to follow along, but I wasn't fast enough.
I seem to be having the same problem as some of the others. The Pen Pressure selection in Shape Dynamics doesn't have it fading in and out. Are we doing something wrong? or is there another way around this?
Awesome you are the man! Just wanted to know since you teach this in Photoshop CS6 will it work in CS5 too? Since I only have the standard verison of CS5 but wanted to try some of your other tutorial with some artwork I'm doing. Thanks again for all the trick and effects you show us in these tutorial and look forward to what you will show us in 2013. Have a good New Year and wish you all the best.
Thanks it realy helped a lot when i tried it in 2014. It leaves me with good memories about my last new year. Your tutorials are great, can you make another one soon? Thanks ever so :p
Bravo! This is fabulous!! Way to start the year off with a bang! Also, I don't think you're antisocial. You probably just prefer intelligent conversation. Or, at least, that's what I tell myself when I'm home on New Year's Eve :P
Hi Howard, it will help when you show your picture size. so the Numbers and options is better to copy. And hey: Great Work, locks fantastic ps. sorry for bad english from an old german people :)
Hi Howard First thanks so much for Sharing Wonderful tutorials Every week I am big friend of yours Can u please start Photoshop Web Design tutorials along with this Means all web design psd like web site icons, web layouts etc It's Just request Thanks :)
I keep getting a "Could not complete your request because the type layer uses a faux bold style" when I try to click the create work path. What am I doing wrong?
Amazing tutorial. But with one problem: when you say that I can press 'Enter'/'Return' to apply the same brush settings to the path again, I can't get it to work. Nothing happens. I have the brush tool selected, but nothing seems to happen.
Mine actually doesn't allow me to use the pen pressure; says I have to use a tablet to create the effect. Tried it anyway, and still doesn't get the same amazing fade. Not super important for what I'm using it for, though. Very informative, short, and sweet!!
I couldn't direct edit the brush that I made after I completed the "Stroke Path" step. How do I do that? It would be helpful if you have in writing what you did step by step....

I'm having the same issue
For some reason when I right with the pen tool and click stroke path the menu does not appear, do you have any suggestions?
What if I want to create a work path on a simple image. Could I do that or would I need to use the pen tool to outline it?
Mine actually doesn't allow me to use the pen pressure; says I have to use a tablet to create the effect. Tried it anyway, and still doesn't get the same amazing fade. Not super important for what I'm using it for, though. Very informative, short, and sweet!!
THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEO
When i select pen pressure in the brush setting's it doesn't allow it to fade in and out?
worked perfectly, thanks
My brush looks nothing like that bro
how in the world do you know the "HEX" values? Do you remember your favorites?
I couldn't direct edit the brush that I made after I completed the "Stroke Path" step. How do I do that? It would be helpful if you have in writing what you did step by step....
