You forgot about having to set up an account, i was trying to follow step for step, but after hitting the information button and getting connected to WiFi, you went to the actual app, but my next screen was to set up an account, I don't kno but for some reason you went left, and I went right.

Thank you for the simple and easy to follow steps you showed. In my case it was asking me to create an account but skipped that step along with the HP+ offer for the ink as it will automatically put you to a monthly subscription option.

I upgraded my Wi-Fi and I can't seem to figure out how to connect my printer to the new network. Is there something I need to do that is different from how I had it connected it to the first Wi-Fi network? I have tried so many times and haven't gotten anywhere. In the HP app it says the printer is connected, but it will not print. It has plenty of ink and paper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know how to make the text font bigger? When I print it comes out super small! It's been a nightmare since I got it.

Is it true that the photo paper can only be loaded from the top? Are there any specific settings for printing with photo paper as opposed to plain regular copy paper. Thanks so much for the video!

Wait a minute. There is no tray to fill the paper in? It looks like you had to feed it the paper from the top.😮
