Brilliant! Truly the most creative Electronic album I have ever listened to. I like how throughout the project, the tracks evolve from a "primitive" state of blips and morse code to a fully fleshed out song in "data.matrix". A universe is born and collapses in 55 minutes. I never know that music was even allowed to sound quite like how they are here, let alone be constructed by hand and mathematical laws. Ryoji Ikeda is a genius and more people should listen to his work. Dataplex is an absolute masterpiece.
Nice. Very nice 👍🏻 Thanks for sharing! The visuals are excellent. Don't be discouraged by the number of views so far. This music is art, something often missing on YT but certainly appreciated by the discerning listener. Be well !
What a unique experience, I got quite put off by the first 2-3 minutes but it got better, it actually kept me engaged the whole time. I just wonder what was the artist's intent whit this album...
You should try xy mode. All his stuff looks crazy in xy mode on a scope. First thing I did when getting an actual scope is running his stuff through it in xy mode.
44:05 is such a good drop! I love it so much
46:08 is so good for an upsetting sort of suspense feel

now let's see paul allen's visualization
This comment has no right to be this good
fr@@omnirhythm
paul allens visualization is the upload from contarex
Now this is real IDM…
yea, right. because it takes a lot of intelligence to connect the data/digital aesteatic with intelligence, well done
What does the line mean?
@@horbanstemelglermojdrum505 I was talking about the music, not the visuals.
9:52 - this area is crazy how many different sounds seem to not affect the output line
it's because the output line is "mono only" , and the other sounds are on the "side" channels.
Also this is weird but it might be cool to see separate oscilloscopes for left and right
ええなあ
this goes insanely hard, keep it up
distilled funk transmission

This album is what it feels like to get your brain uploaded to a computer
Anybody else hear the bee/fly noises around 8:00?
