Everyone is saying Flames Doom was losing to the oilers. For me it came before that. Flames messed up by Miss Managing Monahan. No F clue why Monahan wasn't put on LTR before the trade deadline that year. Flames could have gotten way better player then tyler toffoli or better center for the playoff that year. Flames would of won against oilers. That was the reason why Flames are in rebuild.
Also should have gone long term on Tkachuk instead of spending too much on Frolik and other UFAs. Also low balled Gaudreau the year before he became UFA poisoning that relationship.
We went from the worst in Rob Kerr to the best in Rick Ball - who’s next? Rick made hrudey bearable. Imagine rob kerr and hrudey. Swear to fu$& I’ll become an oilers fan
