Thank you so much for posting this! Mine came with literally no instructions at all. I found that using cable clips instead of tape can stop the wire from unraveling. I ended up drilling (✨spakle spakle!✨) but I think your way is very innovative and useful for avoiding drilling completely. Thank you again for this thorough walkthrough.

For many people, these adhesive tapes are not a good option. Because in many cases, removing the adhesive strips also peels off the paint/plaster. Sometimes this happens right after the lamp is installed, the tapes are strong but the plaster and paint are not. So I don't know what's uglier, drilling a hole and doing it the conventional way or having a big chunk of plaster fall off. So you need to check what material the ceiling is made of and make sure it has a strong enough coating.

HOW LONG DO THOSE LIGHTS LAST!! I want to buy them so bad, but i also dont want to be changing batteries every two weeks 😩
This is my concern. Batteries run out so fast, even with rechargeable it’s annoying.
Super glue could be worked around the gold part with the cord.... Maybe lol. Great job!!

Very creative. However, I don't think those bulbs will last long if used like regular bulbs. If you have them turned on for about 5-6 hours every day, and assuming they last 20 hours on batteries, they would only last 3.6 days before you need to change the batteries. So, I don't think it's worth it.
