Good haul! I go to Pilates twice a week when I can to get out the house from working. Also my job encourages everyone to take walking meetings to get some fresh air and breath

I absolutely LOVE The Body Project TH-cam channel. I have joint/back problems and they have so many beginner/low impact videos and then they also have more advanced ones and if they ask you to use equipment, it's really minimal and affordable to acquire. I like Kris Hui (she’s on TH-cam) for workout videos. She has this thing called a week of workouts and they’re pretty simple and beginner friendly in my opinion.
