I wfh as a Talent acquisition specialist (screening to onboard) and have had no passion to go into the other side(s) of HR, but due to so many layoffs lately I’ve been at least thinking about other routes if that was to happen to me. How do you like the other sides of Hr so far?

Yes I have so many notes in my phone too I love it and the fact you can share it with others. I also use my planner I’m a double sometimes triple lister 😂 what’s your overnight oats recipe I would like to try it.

Hi Kiya, Could you give me some advice as to what reputable websites to look for work from home jobs just like this. I am actively seeking this type of position as I do need to have the flexibility to care for my boys when they are not in school. I have been out of the workforce for more than 10 years and currently do some form of Data entry for a family member but it does not pay nearly enough. I've tried to search on different websites but either I have to pay to be a member or they're not legit, I have to buys courses. Would appreciate your help. I really enjoyed watching your video and find you such a kind soul which is why I stayed to the end hoping to hear how you came across your job. Thanks! -Maria

Great video Kiya! I feel you on your goals that you set for yourself especially the fitness & wellness and making more time with God. That one really spoke to me as I feel with the pandemic we went through this uncertainty and underlying fear of the unknown to a sense of stability (where we can navigate through life and work better) I feel in my opinion God played a part in that as we needed make more time for self.Youre very positive and that is needed especially now.Glad to see you're doing well and are aware of your goals!
