Hello dear students!
In this lecture we will see the effect of centrifugal fictitious force on the acceleration due to gravity, which come into play due to rotation earth. We will find an expression for effective gravity at location with given latitude on earth.
These derivations are very important for university exams such as for students under GNDU, Punjab university, Delhi University, HPU etc. These are the fundamental concepts of mechanics and are very useful for IIT JAM and other university entrance exams.

Sir in centrifugal force r= radius of circle of motion of particle
But in lecture why we took r as radius of earh
Sir please reply me I understand everything but this is critical
Sir in centrifugal force r= radius of circle of motion of particle which is parallel to equitorial plane
Then Why we use r= as radius of Earth
Radius of circle was substituted in terms of radius of earth at the end.
