Ahhh now there's a ingenious shelter for one to use should you be travelling by canoe. I love it - in close under covers, near the fire to keep you warm, cooking heating on the go all within arms reach. smart - clean & fed. Am beautiful day. Finally snow in Scandinavia, beautiful country. I get it, bushcraft trip, don't bring a saw, just make one with two sticks, blade and some string, outstanding. As usual the food looked good, baked bell pepper w/mac n cheese, nice. Must be cooking oil in the lantern for mice to like, bio friendly I guess. Awesome trip, glad your healing well. About 40 years ago I was going canoeing with a friend, we drove for around 4 hours to get this lake; driving down to it we see nothing but white...the entire lake was frozen over! As luck would have it we found an old boat canopy frame off in the woods so we set it up on the shoreline, threw our tarp over it and had a great time. It snowed nearly the whole weekend. Lots of fun but no canoeing! Great video.
Another epic outing. Glad you're on the mend. It's take lots of energy to go out in nature. Thought your lakes would be frozen solid by now. Love the sounds of cracking ice.

Going back to our roots, splendid merge back into what we've been missing in this chaotic world of ours, I recall my journey from Stockholm to Kiruna, Abisko, and, that was in January, overwhelming darkness, quiet, unassuming life in Lapland, Sverige, tack so mycket.
The next outdoorsman is going to have an easy meal at that campsite. After you threw those bell pepper seeds away there may be a bell pepper paradise there next year. Great vid!

My mother was also sick, she is 80 years old, but she completely recovered! My son was also sick, he is 19 years old, he recovered in general in 3 days! I just can't understand this worldwide panic raised by the "coronavirus" ... I watch your videos with great pleasure !!! Good luck in everything and good health !!!

Only explanation I can think of....unless they thought this would be a musical with wilderness show tunes and jazz-hands. I almost went on a canoe trip last fall but I chickened out because I was afraid to be stranded on a island if the ice hardened so I find you very brave to have done so. I guess you where more than careful not to to take a dip in the water while entering or getting out of the canoe 😁 . The filming of you pulling the canoe throught the snow near the end is quite beautiful . Thank's for this little adventure!

Mice are known to chew on candles. Candles has paraffin. So does lamp oil but smell is 100 times stronger. Thank you!
