- Richard Strauss conduct Mozart's magnificique Symphony no 41 "Jupiter"
Dedicated to Ozan Fabien Guvener
I- 0:00 Allegro Vivace
II- 7:14 Andante Cantabile
III- 14:55 Menuetto-Trio
IV- 18:50 Molto Allegro (Contrpunctal Analysis)
This is a late celebration video for Mozart's Birthday (26 January), I wanted upload his greatest work and it is here...
I chose 6 colours (and I symbolized these in my own way)*,
For Last movement we have these colour:
1- Red: Main theme in the beginning: 4 main notes (symbolism*: blood, because is the blood of the piece)
2- Yellow: The side motif in exposition and coda (Symbolism: Jupiter's thunderbolts)
3- Blue: Theme № 2: Our most repeated fugal theme in general with dotted rhythms and descending notes (Symbolism: "Jupiter's majestic sky")
4- Dark blue: Inversion of the theme № 2 with ascending
5- Purple: Theme № 3 our first stretto fugal figure with staccato and trill notes (symbolism: glory, graceful and nobility)
6- Green: Theme № 4: If we divide the symphony into 2 in general terms, it is the second main theme in the exposition with minim and descending figure notes (symbolism: great nature)
7- Orange: Theme № 5, a short theme/motif with 4 quarter note. Seems a variation on theme number 4 (Symbolism: Enthusiasm)

This is great! The analysis at the end is exactly what I wanted, thank you very much for dedicating this valuable video to me. Undoubtedly one of the best codas and counterpoint examples in music history.
Richard Strauss: "The splendid Jupiter Symphony of the master of masters. It is the most fantastic work I ever heard and I thought I was in heaven when those sounds reached my ears. 'Long live music, most beautiful of all the arts'." Beethoven's Leonore Overture as wonderfully beautiful as it is, is never greater than Jupiter Symphony. For me Beethoven is never greater than Mozart. Mozart is even more many-sided than Beethoven."
Thanks for your kind words also i really thank you for quoting these precious words of Strauss here :)) Long Live Mozart!
MORE SYMPHONIC SCORES!!! BRAVO!!!!
