Carlos Melgoza to be honest I prefer getting pieces a little later! Not good for this channel but I have to say if there was any issues they are coming in the first batch! Xm not so much as only venom needed tweaking out of all their releases
Exceptionally lightweight yet very stable for such a massive detailed piece. Very well balanced sculpt from all angles. Batteries included? Congrats, hope XM is consistent as in the past years with the quality on details for such a complex piece. Outstanding start into this collecting season.

Great show guys! I don't have the piece, I actually was in the middle of buying it and was at a standstill with him and Moon Knight. I texted Alex asking for a comparison between the 2. Wanted a second party opinion. Was hoping for a well decent conversation but Alex started drooling over weapon x, should have saw that coming lol. I went with Moon Knight in the end haha! Cheers!
SimS lol good call actually mate as Alex is so gay for wolverine and you won't ever get a non biased answer to that question! I have moonknight coming also. It really depends on your tastes as they are so different! This is a very busy concept and a great origin and story telling piece. Moonknight is far more simplistic but classier piece overall I think!
I bought Weapon X because I only have one of him from Sideshow Brown Wolverine. But this hands down is the best Wolvie Ive ever seen period. However That Moon Knight is damn good. I love that people don't no much about him. I would probably say that piece was in my top 5 statues from XM this year

I've got this piece coming. Is it definitely 18 inches wide? I'm screwed.My glass display cabinet is16 inches deep. Was gonna display him sideways. Oh crap.
purple turtle you can try angling it diagonally. That's your best bet.
Killer review as always! The one thing putting me off of this piece are the screen monitors, they look like decals and imo make the statue feel almost like a toy! I’m sure I’m just an idiot and they look better in person but I haven’t seen this piece so I can’t judge! Big congrats though and great video.
The College Collector yes mate they are decals but it's not possible to do this any other way! Certainly not as good

Congrats Alex, this is a stellar piece. The only problem I see is, you are totally screwed on finding room to display him. I know you have fun with that Geo when he has these big pieces lol. I was laughing my ass off when you said the print looked best when viewed from outside ha ha. But again, this is a fantastic piece that I would be proud to own. On a side note Geo, I'm going to be getting XM Scorpion. You measured him at STGCC and going by your dimensions it looks like he would fit perfectly in a Detolf. Would you agree? Peace Guys

Great review, I got this on PO and it's about to ship to me. But I have a question about a issue I see in the piece. There seems to be a seem on the head in the front lower section where there is a gap. Can anybody confirm this please.

Thanks for the reply back Geo, the gap I see in this video is right below the portrait not the body itself. I actually hope I am wrong as I would hate to see anybody spend their hard earn money and get a statue anything less than perfect especially from XM. I got mine on PO and will be getting it soon within a few weeks and wanted confirmation on the gap I see in the video right below the change of head.

Lose the screens, too much. The capsule base is enough. With that said, it's the reason I wouldn't have the helmet head as primary display. Its too busy. Anatomy is perfect and I really get the feeling of his short stature with this piece. Sweetness all around!
Collecting Soulz it's a good point! It's a very busy environmental base and bot for everyone! I like it but not a big enough wolverine fan to give it that much realestate
Great review Radd Titan, congrats on the piece Alex! I wish u guys would rate the statues u review on a strict 1-10 scale, ide like to see u guys specifically do that because I trust y'all won't give every statue a 10, I've seen some reviewers give every statue a 10 which is just annoying, a 10 should only mean it's the absolute best statue of that character and all other similar statues would be compared to it, a 5 is an average piece and 7 would be a damn good piece and an 8 and 9 would be an exceptional piece...for example the XM Magneto on Throne would be a 10 since every throne piece since is always compared to the magneto, maybe the Thanos on Throne has knocked off the magneto as the best throne piece Idk I haven't seen either in person

You know we did think about giving statues scores but like you said it would have to 've in relation to every wolverine we have seen so far and the bigger issues are the fact these reviews are there and new pieces may come out that beat this so your 8 or 9 goes score goes down and it effects every score you gave over the years! Totally agree man there is far too much positive praise on average to poor pieces out there and it would be cool to do.
Geo Man see that's why you've got to have a strict ratings scale, and that's why you guys would be perfect to do ratings because you guys are tough, realistic, and can be brutaly honest. The way I see it is to rate a statue a 10 that means it will always be a 10 and it's good enough to stand the test of time and really same for a 9, to say a piece is a 9 or 10 is to say that it's basically a perfect piece and no matter what comes out in the future even if it might be better this 9 or 10 is still that because it's a perfect peice, reserve your 9 or 10s for pieces like XM Cable and Magneto and SS Doom on Throne and Lobo and possibly Bane and Spidey comiquette and Poison Ivy PF, a 7 or 8 could be the new Deadpool PF and Amazing Spider-Man PF yakno both great pieces but people seem to have issues with the base or other things personally ide give the Deadpool a 9 or 10 but I'm completely bias towards that character and I love everything about that statue the pose, the paint, the base, the switch outs, the presence, the details, I mean it has one of the coolest bases ever and definitely the best explosion effect ever and the fact the base has plastic used and it's still one of the most badass bases ever says a lot, the SS Carnage PF I love that piece too but would give it a 7 yakno it's well above average it's a damn good piece but no where near perfect, so a 7 is still a very respectable rating and doesn't mean it's a shit piece just because it's not a 9 or 10, do ya know what I'm tryn to say? You guys would be perfect to do this with you experience, toughness, honesty, and strict standards, anyways Cheers mates!
