Omg I love your channel name! I used to be a brewer like you, but then I took an arrow to my mead. 🤣 Also, fun idea. Can't wait to see how your yeast soup turns out!
Hahaha...love your channel! For some reason I've been getting really cool channels in my recommendations lately..maybe that algorithm has finally become somewhat intelligent?! Btw, I've actually been brewing for a decade now and have never used even as much as a half of a 5g packet for one gallon...not because of some yt channel but because 5 grams is enough for 5 gallons. Still, it really is nearly impossible to overpitch. You would literally need to do something as bizarre as your third batch but even that will be fine...common, you should've done at least a kilogram of yeast! 😂 Hopefully you bloomed it first (haven't seen the video yet) and watched it erupt like 10 minutes later!! 🤞
I like your relaxed view about the bug. People often go a little overboard with cleanlyness and forget that stuff like potatoes grows out of the dirt and animal crap. Eggs comes out of the chickens asshole. They aren't made in a sterile factory. Still though, I would have taken out the bug too.
I just bottled my first mead batch and I was a little concerned(but not...) about using two packets of Lalvin 1118 champagne yeast. BTW the unintended benefit that arose was it was a sparkling Great Mead....

That and the way you say "NOOB".... You don't say it in a mean way.
I like the vibe and pace of the video. New sub
I have been wondering this myself. Thank you for the official test!
FOR SCIENCE!
Two minutes in and I'm am loving it. This is gonna be crazy!

You think the egg comes from the ass 😮
Hahaha love the overload idea
fun fact: fda allows fruit jam to contain up to 1 bug to 1\4 cup.
That sounds a little excessive... I'm at more like one bug per gallon!
that is not a bad mess!

Would you say your yeast levels on the Mythbusters bucket were over 9000 yeasts?
This experment must have cost you a fortune 😭
use a 10 gallon bucket for that brick of yeast
Third batch looked like you could have just made mead bread 🤷🏼♂️ I’m sure it’s a thing, right? Lol
Wow, incredibly annoying editing style.
