I've had my eye on a Ulike for a while and was ready to place an order when I saw on a reddit post that someone mentioned liking Monsia better. Went to their website to see what they were all about and was very surprised to see the exact same before and after photos I was seeing on the Ulike Air 3. I understand that companies will use stock images but when it comes to items where they are trying to show a timeline I find this really makes me think twice about ordering from either company. I find Ulike really blew up on social media a little while back and when you look at the reviews on their website there's no shortage of people sharing photos of their experience. I would be much more likely to purchase this device if I just saw them using review photos so I know they are results from that actual device. Stock images could be the result of a professional hair removal process.
I cracked and bought the Ulike air 3 back in December. I’m just a regular consumer, no brand attachment what’s so ever. I have very thick and fast growing Latino hair to the point where I’d be prickly the next day and I’d have to shave every two or three days. Now I shave every 2 weeks and by week 1 1/2 I just start getting a tiny bit prickly. I LOVE IT. Just be aware that this isn’t a permanent hair removal solution. And it’s also a big commitment in the beginning if I’m being honest. The first month you’re doing the treatment 3 times a week with was a real bitch on my late work nights. Then 2 times every week for about 2 to 3 months. Then once every month. Personally I shave and laser every 2 weeks but that’s just the routine I’ve put into my Sunday task. So you have to determine if you personally will be consistent with it. I think it’s worth it after seeing my results. My hairs a lot less coarse and thick and it grows in so much slower than I expected. I hope this helps :)
@@SpookyFrijoles Thank you so much for the honest review! I struggled to find a video that didn't have an affiliate link in it and makes it hard to know if the person is being honest.
I recently got the unit and although it is painless and does a double pulse when used in high mode and is fairly fast between flashes, what is disappointing about the unit is HSR mode. What it not mentioned on the Ulike website is that in HSR model the unit is unable to do auto flash and HSR mode can only be used for less than 10 minutes before the unit overheats and turns off. I got this unit for this feature to treat stubborn hair such as male back hair whereby it takes more than 10 minutes to treat a full back. For such a high-priced item, you would have thought that these issues would have been addressed before the unit was released on the market. I have since seen other reviews stating the same issue, thus this unit clearly has a design fault.
I just got the air10 today. I’m surprised that the window LITERALLY gets cold like ice. But I have to be honest, Normal to SHR mode is not completely painless despite the cooling technology compared to in-salon IPL treatment. It’s still worth the convenience and privacy though. I’m not sure if this was mentioned in the video, but SHR mode is basically a mode higher than the High mode, and auto glide can’t be used while on this mode. It’s recommended on thicker hairs like the underarm.
@@jsttara83it definitely works. I find that the areas I treat grow back in patches. I still do it every other day despite the manual says that I can do it less.
@@lesliepresinal4803 The SHR mode flashes three times, and the third flash feels like being snapped with a rubber band. I’m used to doing IPL on my upper lip so I can tolerate it. It still hurts in some areas like the bikini despite being used to it; I can only go High on sensitive areas. I find that it hurts more when I’m not freshly shaven. Probably the hair heating up.
We had the green ulike air plus. Then bought this. I use it everywhere and love the results and my wife had less hair, now none. I wanted to be as smooth as her and nearly there. The belly and chest hair are gone. Back hair gone. Above it nearly fully gone. Grows super slow. Love the Ulike 10!❤
Hi gorgeous is it possible to make a TH-cam video about how to use it properly I did rid the instructions but is better to see will help me a lot for a better resolute.Much appreciated also every step and body parts the time treatment on the whole body .❤
This is the first video about Ulike Air 10 I guess. Thank you for all the detailed introduction. It's helpful❤

Please come back and lmk if you see a difference
So do you feel it’s painful? I’m thinking of getting this and am concerned it may be painful on sensitive areas or face?

7:40 for the underarm, would you recommend the SHE mode? So you turn up the intensity or turn down the intensity for this area?
I love this brand. Ulike devices look more like a real deal.
I need a new device for my bikini lines. Can’t wait to try this new Air 10.
It works for bikini area. The cooling feature is great.
Hi Hi Chris!! I had Ulike Air 3 from your previous video. Is it worth it to upgrade to Air 10? Thank you!
I’m wondering if the Air 3 will be on sale after the new launch of Air 10.
I don't like painful treatments too. I need a super sized cooling system to survive all the flashes.
How many flashing times it has? Or are unlimited? Thank you!
I am using the Monsia Silk Series IPL, and love it 😘

To get started would a men need to shave his back, chest, stomach and then do weekly sessions with the Ulike 10 so the hair will not grow back?
Does the duo light flash four time per click?
It looks like so in my experience.
Does it also work for dark spot??
I don't have a good answer for this question. I haven't used my IPL device for dark spots.
Which one should i get the air 3 or 10 😭
10 for sure. The dual bulb is going to give you better results and I have the air 3. It works but I'm now a bit sad the 10 gets more stubborn hair.
Air 10 is an upgraded version of Air 3. Air 3 is a great device but Air 10 is more powerful and works faster than Air 3.
I have rosskincer it would good I ceep bring self
Can i remove all my pubic hair with that?
Yes, Ulike Air 10 is great for removing hair in the bikini area.

Would it get the upper lip part?
Can women use ipl on breasts and stomach and back area ?
I need a cooling IPL device like this… I don’t like to burn my skin.
That makes sense. Cooling feature is a deal breaker for IPL devices.
