  • There has been a critical new development in the disappearance of Jacob Olivier, a young father in South Florida, with a NewsNation investigation finding that another man went missing in the same national park months before.
Neither case has received much media attention. Jacob Olivier’s truck was found in Everglades National Park in the summer of 2011, but he is not the only person to have vanished there.

It’s unfortunate but almost certainly a gator got their bodies and disposed of the evidence regardless of if it was an accident slip and fall hitting your head because of the slick muddy environment and then the gator found an easy meal or if someone did kill them or suicide type situation and then the gator’s found the bodies and disposed of them. Gators can and will eat just about anything including a human especially an already deceased person because they like rotten meat. I lived in Florida when I was younger and if it’s water, there’s gators in it. Not to mention that the Everglades has 2 different species of wild cats the Bobcat and the Florida Panther as well as Black Bears a small population of actual crocodiles wild hogs and an extensive population of invasive species of Pythons of various species and every one of those animals I just named can attack humans although some species are more prone to attack than others are

@@airadaimagery692 no not at all but most people don’t realize there’s that much in that one environment that is potentially unfriendly to humans and honestly I forgot to mention the numerous species of venomous snakes or the big nasty African Lizards that also inhabit the Everglades. Most national parks have very clearly established infrastructure but not so much there and water levels fluctuate regularly so it’s easy to loose any trace of a person when search and rescue come looking, the water is never very deep but deep enough to hide things and nature will permanently hide it given a little bit of time

How can this all be the authorities fault. Sounds to me like Jake was going through alot and wasn't able to discuss it with family or let them know his next moves. Sometimes too much is too much. Look at Jennifer Kesse missing for over 12 years and her kidnapper is on video and they cant find her. They cant tell that family any info either. Sending prayers 🙏

I too believe that Madalina was sold to sex traffickers or SA by her step-father and murdered then her body dumped on that roadtrip to Michigan . I believe DR was behind the disappearance of Cynthia Kinney as well. It's my understanding that DR worked for some kind of security system company and on the day that Cynthia disappeared he was working in a bank directly across the street from the laundromat. She would have been an easy target for DR. I hope and pray too that the family of Lauren Spierer's get the answers they want and deserve. I will have to read that book because right now I think the last people to see her were the one's responsible for whatever happened to her. Prayers for Jacob's family that they will get some answers. I don't believe it was Jacob that drove his truck into the Everlglades. Why is the National Park refusing to release video in connection with Jacob's case? You know somebody knows something, saw something or heard something. IMO sex traffickers who are caught and convicted should get a mandatory life in prison sentence without the possibility of parole.

@@LaurieDurham-qg5osif he was abusing drugs, the ex girlfriend may not have been the reason behind the suicide. As a recovering addict, I can tell you I wanted to end my life many times because I felt like my substance of choice owned me, or my past owned me. Not trying to be rude, just throwing out other options. However, I haven't payed enough attention to the case to think it's a suicide. Wild animals could've gotten to him. 24:16 When it comes to missing persons, Law Enforcement acts so unfair to loved ones. This Mom gave so many leads to them. Heck, they knew the laptop was missing. They could have acted on that by searching the clouds and social media and so forth with just a little bit of information from the girlfriend and friends. I do not understand why they feel they need to be secretive with family when it comes to the investigation. I think it's possible that it is an excuse and the real reason may be that they do not do as much investigating as they should be doing and they do not want the family to know this. It's a terrible nightmare for families.

In 19 82 my mother and I in Alabama drove down from Birmingham headed to West Palm Beach we stopped at an emergency room in North Florida because my mother was an addict and wanted a pain shot, I took her to the emergency room. I went in to check on her and there was a woman and a deputy uniform and took both of us out to her patrol car and drove us to this office and they were interviewing my mother in the upstairs office and I was sitting in the waiting room and I heard my mother yelling you can't do this to me my husband is a doctor in Alabama I will be missed they were attempting to steal her saying she was going to be sold into white slavery had a woman's Farm. Because she was a drug addict. Well she seemed to scare them cuz my mother was highly intelligent registered nurse my father's PhD MD so apparents were no dummies so they suddenly decided to return me and my mother back to our car at the hospital I jumped in the car and my mother said get us back to Alabama we went back got an attorney and my father went back to the place where that shady building was cuz my memory was very sharp and I knew exactly how to find it we got there went up the stairs open the door and the place had been cleaned out all the office equipment was gone like no one had ever been there the patrol unit was gone the hospital said they didn't know the name of the officer. And the local law enforcement said they didn't know anything about it so as far as I know it was an illegitimate operation to steal drug addicts to sell into white slavery people they thought would never be missed but the brand new expensive Cadillac we were driving and my mother statement her husband is a physician in Alabama and the name of her attorney I think scared them and that's why they released us they obviously didn't want to draw heat to their illegal operation had no idea what they would have done with me. We never got any further information about the illegal fake police car the fake female deputies stealing drug addicts from hospital emergency rooms to sell into white slavery in North Florida. If anybody else has had that experience bring it into the light because I'm sure there's a lot of people that vanished Without a Trace by going to an emergency room in North Florida I think it was Tallahassee
