I still really wish they remade it or make some spin-off based on this game. It has so many potential that GTA III didn't have, the casting were good although the story and dialogue kinda wack, and the world is pretty good for that time and I felt like TCNY captures New York more than Liberty City of the GTA III.

the devs were cheap they bought the game but not the True Crime name....sad really they killed a franchise and created one that probably won't get a sequel

I actually did beat this game on the xbox, and I should still have the completed save file on my old xbox, too. I very specifically remember the human traffic level with the boss fight on the cargo container, because I thought it was actually impossible when I got to it, but I did manage to beat it on the second day of me playing it. It was one of those "screw it, I'll try again later" moments where you beat it immediately on the first try in your next session. Always thought it was way too hard, so good to know that it was broken from the start, I guess.
I love this game, I used to play it a ton on the gamecube, for all the funny glitches. The things you can do with the debug mode are also a lot of fun, but i think it only exists on consoles. 13:42 Look at the poor guy getting comboed lmao

So it is possible to complete the game on XBox. I did it (somehow) multiple times when I was a kid; the only way I could get the pushing minigame to work was to load and unload the fight several times, but I did it.

People aside can help with explaining things, sometimes runner don't talk much so they help. But mostly they just make run more intresting and fun.
