Masamichi Amano - Scoring Giant Robo

Thanks for posting this, I consider this score to be one of the greatest soundtracks ever recorded across all mediums. I put this and Yoko Kanno's Escaflowne score as some of the finest music the genre of anime has to offer. Still trying to get one of these upstart anime & retro video game record companies to get the rights to release this in the States.

Wow, this recording is a treasure! Thank you so much for uploading. 'Giant Robo the Animation: The Day the Earth Stood Still' has been my favorite anime for the last 30 years, in large part because of Masamichi Amano's soundtrack.

Thanks for uploading this! I haven't seen Giant Robo just yet, but hearing Masamichi's scores on Legend of the Blue Wolves and Urotsukidoji as well as other tracks has made me want experience his work, it is just that great!
Seeing Amano in Warsaw and attempt to speak Polish (which he does decently enough lol) is a treat

Man if he were as active as he was at composing film music.
At the perfect world, We get to see his numerous renditions of Star Wars themes, and becoming a worthy successor to John Williams.
