Teach the youth to respect and accept the new culture if you want them to embrace it in order to eliminate the essence of Ethnocentrism within them. For Ethnocentrism, whenever I go to someone's house I always look for the elders para magmano because here in Pampanga, pagmamano is very carefully inculcated as part of our culture. For cultural Relativism, I remember when I went to an online trading company in Ortigas, where the owner is a foreigner named "Ashok", he refused to be addressed in Sir or Mr. He just wanted to be called on his first name "Ashok". Well, on my part, I have to break my own culture on not addressing him with Sir or Mr because that's what he prefered so respect and followed his own culture. Hope it help :)
