I have tried many resume building websites but Quikresume seems to be more handy in regards to tailoring the resume accordingly. But then you also mentioned your strategy of 80%-20%. coming in with a visitors visa and having the intention of staying is always risky. If you don't have any restrictions on your visa then you can apply to study a short course that will allow you to change your visa to a student visa then you move on from there. If you are very lucky too you can get an employer that is desperate to sponsor you under visa subclass 482 before your visitors visa expires.
