Fresh fruits and vegetables for the body. A Course in Miracles for returning the mind to it's natural state of constant love and peace and gardening which is healing for body, mind and spirit are the basic elements of my everyday life.
Beside that I also post self written songs inspired by a Course in Miracles on this channel.
