I see so many people much younger than her, in their 70's, who cannot do what she does. At 92, she is amazing and healthy and fabulous! Hopefully, you have inherited her good genetics. My family emigrated from Germany to the US, as well as my husband's, and we have all those foods you showed at our family gatherings. I never really thought about why or how, it's just what we eat. You are teaching me so much. Best of luck on your adventure!
I'd love to try German bread. I'll have to see if I can find someone selling German bread where I live. Thank you to ur Grandmother for the gardening lesson :) I'm new to gardening and I'm just experimenting and learning how to grow things like Onions. I'm growing them from seed which, I learnt is a lot harder than growing from bulbs. That'll teach me!! lol. I love the idea of digging trenches. Mabye I could do that when planting in the ground.

One can tell Oma is a fit person 💪 from the way she carried and walked with the hoe with a straight posture and strong stride, and the way she squatted with good form (when she was sowing the seeds), that was really a sight to behold, as there are ppl half her age who can't squat and hold as well as her and without tiring quickly, getting a hip and/or knee ache. Just so inspiring to see your fit grandmother working at her garden. Thank you Oma🌹 for allowing Jojo to show us a glimpse of your day. There are somethings that I don`t understand about "hitchhiking" Jojo. 1- How, where and when do you wash your laundries during few months of hitchhiking? 2- How and where do you go to the bathroom and also shower when you are in a long way out of a city for several days? 3- You are carrying lots of clothes, tent, sleeping bag, laptop, drone and many other stuff in your backpack. How can it be possible?! Your backpack isn't that big.
I always wash my clothes in the hotel or hostel sink and there is no problem with going to the toilet in nature or washing in a lake. I made a full backpack video that is linked in the description ☺
