My first baby was a four hour labor. My second was 20 minutes. He was delivered by the chief of police. No time to get to the hospital. The ambulance didn’t even make it. If you think you are close leave for the hospital. Each delivery is different! Best of luck. My baby weighed 9.2 pounds and was very healthy. No labor pains. My water broke and he was ready to enter the world! He was born on his due date. I taught school the day before. 😊💙 Praying for a safe delivery.
One of my colleagues went home for the weekend and instead of coming back to work on Monday had to start her maternity leave early because her baby decided to come early lol. My first came at 1 week and 1 day and was sunny side up so had to be delivered by emergency c section. His younger brother was induced and needed assistance as he was getting stressed out. Both were chunky at 9lb 14.5 and 9lb 7 💪

I LOVE that you don’t baby talk to Leo! I’ve always talked to the littles like the are adults, which is why the daughter and two grandson’s had a such extensive vocabularies when they started kindergarten. Leo is going to blow all the other little kids away! Way to go you two!

Looks great! If you're worried about seeing sky or having light come in, try sky-lights. We life in Norhhern BC, Canada and my friend had sky-lights put into her deck roof. It was really nice and it still enabled the light to come into the house. We have big snow loads too!

I love Brandon. He is so precise and is caring like it’s his own home! I went 3 weeks over and had given up ever having my baby. Felt like I had to go to the bathroom but had given up finally went to the hospital. 3.5 hrs later had her. I know it’s to late now but them critters can sneak up on you. I think especially when one has been over it for a while.

About 15 years ago I got a very painful pinched nerve in my left shoulder. I decided to go to a massage therapist and she did some deep tissue work on it. The next day the pain is 95% gone! Highly recommended!
Do y'all know the padeye on the back of the bucket is for lifting. You use a shackle to attach the sling the bucket. Didn't know if you knew this or not.

With my first baby I had prodromal labor for 3 days; pretty strong contractions 5 minutes apart with no dilation. I was so sleep deprived napping every 4 minutes. Good times. It's all worth it. I have seen Instagram so I know all is well. Congratulations!

I've had both shoulders repaired. I gave in and had the surgery when it started keeping me up all night throbbing and aching. I pray that is not what is happening with Trent's shoulder. Love you guys!
I labored for 2 days straight. Went to bed Thursday night so frustrated. Woke up at 1:00, sat straight up in bed. Walked our hall for about an hour. Woke my husband up, he called doctor who said get here now. My contractions were 5 minutes apart. Got to hospital at 3 and had baby girl at 9:07. When it finally started it went fast! Good luck!

Just to mention, my wife (now my ex-wife) was in labor for 36 hours before she gave birth to my daughter. I was at my wife's side the whole time, and since she was not allowed to eat or drink anything while in labor, I fed her ice chips to help her stay hydrated while she was in labor. While my marriage didn't last, my relation with my daughter has been good for her 43 years of life. My daughter means everything to me, and she is the most important person in my life.

Has Trent tried a chiropractor for his shoulder? It’s very much worth a try…especially, if he feels it might be a pinched nerve. Plus they can prescribe red light therapy, athletic massage, acupuncture and cupping to assist in healing. I’ve overcome some pretty bad neck and shoulder injuries using these methods with no surgery! Prayers coming your way for healing! Get a vibration pad on your shoulder Trent , believe me it works NOT the rolling ball ones you need vibration only ,preferably with heat also even Wallmart sells a cheap hand held one which is quite strong and ask Allie to hold it on the shoulder for you .I did martial arts for many yrs ( yrs ago LOL , too old now ) and with a bad back too and I have had a massage pad for my aches & pains for over 25 + yrs.

You're making your home more year-round livable. You've got a few years until you'll need to live in town for children's activities, getting priority as to where you'll live. I'm happy about that for safety. The huge front porch being covered will be a great outdoor activites for the boys. Keep working that baby into the downward facing, easier to get out position! They say that the closest a man can get to giving birth is having kidney stones. Speaking from experience kidney stones are extremely painful but I don’t think I would compare them to a woman giving birth.
In Miami, Fl, we called rain with the sun shining a "Sun Shower!" We had them ALL summer long. Could almost set the clock by them. The day cooled off in the rain - though the humidity after raised the temperature even higher than b4 the rain!

Trent Why do you Not use the Eye on the back of the bucket. Hook a clevis to the eye and the loops in the slings and they can not come off instead of using the bucket teeth.
I'm just in awe of how you are dealing with the contractions. When I see women having to go through hours of pain, I see how lucky I was. I woke up at 6 am with a contraction and my son was born at 10:13 am. Plus my water never broke. The nurses told my Dr to take his time coming to the hospital and then at 9:45 they called him to hurry . They almost didn't get the instruments sterilized in time. Plus he was due April 11th and he was born March 25th. So he was early. I'm not sure when this was shot but I give you 36 hours before he is born. Good luck guys. Trent be careful you're putting tension on Allie. Lol ( all the time.) God speed.

I've had both shoulders repaired. I gave in and had the surgery when it started keeping me up all night throbbing and aching. I pray that is not what is happening with Trent's shoulder. Love you guys!

I labored for 2 days straight. Went to bed Thursday night so frustrated. Woke up at 1:00, sat straight up in bed. Walked our hall for about an hour. Woke my husband up, he called doctor who said get here now. My contractions were 5 minutes apart. Got to hospital at 3 and had baby girl at 9:07. When it finally started it went fast! Good luck!
Trent, have you ever considered asking Milwaukee to sponsor your videos? All of your hand tools are Milwaukee, and I ended up buying some Milwaukee tools because of your videos. Milwaukee is a top brand of hand tools, and I've recently used the cordless hand tools that I bought, and they are great! Anyway, I love your videos and Allie does a great job with editing them and posting them. To Allie, good luck with your pregnancy, and hopefully, your new baby will come soon. Just to mention, my wife (now my ex-wife) was in labor for 36 hours before she gave birth to my daughter. I was at my wife's side the whole time, and since she was not allowed to eat or drink anything while in labor, I fed her ice chips to help her stay hydrated while she was in labor. While my marriage didn't last, my relation with my daughter has been good for her 43 years of life. My daughter means everything to me, and she is the most important person in my life.

Has Trent tried a chiropractor for his shoulder? It’s very much worth a try…especially, if he feels it might be a pinched nerve. Plus they can prescribe red light therapy, athletic massage, acupuncture and cupping to assist in healing. I’ve overcome some pretty bad neck and shoulder injuries using these methods with no surgery! Prayers coming your way for healing!

Get a vibration pad on your shoulder Trent , believe me it works NOT the rolling ball ones you need vibration only ,preferably with heat also even Wallmart sells a cheap hand held one which is quite strong and ask Allie to hold it on the shoulder for you .I did martial arts for many yrs ( yrs ago LOL , too old now ) and with a bad back too and I have had a massage pad for my aches & pains for over 25 + yrs.

My suggestion is weld a hook on the bucket and not use the blades. So far you have been lucky to not drop on of those beams on someone.

Trent Why do you Not use the Eye on the back of the bucket. Hook a clevis to the eye and the loops in the slings and they can not come off instead of using the bucket teeth.
I'm just in awe of how you are dealing with the contractions. When I see women having to go through hours of pain, I see how lucky I was. I woke up at 6 am with a contraction and my son was born at 10:13 am. Plus my water never broke. The nurses told my Dr to take his time coming to the hospital and then at 9:45 they called him to hurry . They almost didn't get the instruments sterilized in time. Plus he was due April 11th and he was born March 25th. So he was early. I'm not sure when this was shot but I give you 36 hours before he is born. Good luck guys. Trent be careful you're putting tension on Allie. Lol ( all the time.) God speed.
