Your debt payoff plan is so motivating and ambitious! I'm starting my debt payoff journey this year so this was very valuable to see and will have to check out this app you're using. Cheering you both on🙂🎉

Yay for your new debt pay off plan! Fingers crossed you make it work :) I remember your video from 2019/2020 (?) when you were planning on being debt free in 2021/22. You've come a long way!

It's been a slow walk 🐌 towards debt freedom. We're hoping to spring to the end now! Thanks for being along for the ride ❤️❤️

Your debt payoff plan is quite ambitious but I’m really rooting for you. I’m sorry it was such an expensive learning experience with last year’s overtime. Here’s to a fabulous 2025.

I love having money rules for extra income (I heard of it from Ramit Sethi). It makes everything feel much more stable!

First time seeing your channel so forgive me if i missed this, but since youve paid off a ton of debt, has your credit score improved so that you can refinance that car to a much lower interest rate? Good luck on the payoff! Having a plan is critical to success. Ill go subscribe now 😏.

Unfortunately not, because part of our debt is a consumer proposal. So until we finish paying that off, our credit score will continue to be very low. It's made small improvements, but for the most part we are bottle necked by the consumer proposal.

if you're getting so much back in your tax return you're over-witholding from your paycheck and giving the government an interest free loan

We aren't over withholding, we contribute the minimum required for what cody makes. We don't request extra. But at tax time we get a lot of tax breaks because we have dependents, and expenses we can write off towards our income, and RRSP contributions, all of which help to lower our overall payable taxes.

I think you'd be more of a baby millennial, haha. Where as Cody almost an elder millennial 😄
