Amazing tutorial, learned the basics quickly and everything was explained simply. Also really loved the little "tasks" throughout the video, where I could actually learn what I was watching.
The brackeys tutorial has several issues, mostly in how he sets up his node structures and code. It is not extendable and can lead to bugs. As a beginner tutorial it can teach you godot, but it's not enough on its own. It makes sense that is not done in the best/most optimal way because it's meant to teach, and it would otherwise confuse new users. So in short: it's a good start, but you need to keep learning from there and understand that it's not perfect.
In my opinion I like the Godotneers channel which helped me learn GDScript and GodotTutorials GDScript fundamentals which is also really good. Also ClearCode’s ultimate introduction to Godot 4 which is the best video that covers nearly everything in Godot but doesn’t go as in depth as other tutorials.

A very good tutorial is from clear clode the ultimate introduction to godot of 11 hour

Mizziziz + reading the docs is what worked for me. All the other videos felt too long winded
