The most futuristic music of the Mega Man series. The composer must have traveled in the year 2500 and brought it in 2001. Total madness: synthesizers, a synthesized harp making several loops and a piano in the background.
It sounds like humans managed to go to heaven, only to distort it for their own greedy needs Or that they have copied heaven imperfectly (a parallel for reploids being a mimickry of humans) One would think I wrote this comment stoned lmao
yeah, a museum that only has 4 things: Ground Scaravich, rocks, totems, and those motherfucking Nightmare Virus. I don't remember a museum that's lack of variety than this :thonkang:
This song is just weird, but weird in a good way. The whole song makes me feel in some sort of dream, where nothing makes sense, everything floats, objects talk to me in an intimidating manner only to suddenly disappear, I see flowers grow as high as the eye can see, diamond-shaped clouds catching the sunlight and reflecting it towards me, hexagons growing from trees like apples and a ghostly figure quietly and menacingly approaches me as I reach into my pocket to grab something to defend myself with, there is nothing, I try to run, but my legs don't respond, I try to scream for help, but no one responds back, I look at the figure for one last time as it reaches out to me... ... And then I wake up.
Very good description sounds like you described Astro Man's stage.. I visualize a weird, lost, melcancholy world, a rainy showery day camping in the camphor and pine forest the raindrops sync with the piano keys in a dark cloudy day the golden sun peaking through as we try to understand life and our surroundings. As we delve deeper into our minds we realize how enormous and beautiful the universe is but how small we are compared and the strangeness of it all in this lost world. This song makes you think of the past, a reality that just doesn't make sense and about life and what you could of always had changed or what you couldn't and what you must continue to do differently in the future, As the storm and rain dissipates and evaporates darker clouds still remain. So many deep thoughts and pensive emotions, fragmented memories in this one song. Kinda how zero feels losing Iris and X .. and X remembering and seeking his brother Zero
Imma be honest, He should be the necromancer Maverick because it suits the museum theme (being a display of dead thing) and Dung Beetles being a symbol of the cycle of life
"X: Oh, no. What's this place? Alia! Hm? Alia!! ...I'm out of the transmission range? Where am I anyway!? Zero: I've reached an open space at last... But a bigger room can only mean a bigger challenge awaits!" Really felt like a challenge to not depend on Alia.
I remember when I heard everyone saying that X6 had the best soundtrack and as soon as I heard this song, I could've stand it. That is, until I heard Blaze Heatnix and it was fantastic.
I never understood why a lot of people actually dislike this game, this game to me is actually one of my favorites due to the music and this song is actually my favorite out of the bosses. Also this game brings back so many memories playing it on the Megaman X Collection for the GameCube. I didn't have a memory card so I had to leave my GameCube on all night just so I wouldn't lose any data.
I still love this game overall, however Sigma was too easy for me, it could be because I get the Shadow Armor very quickly. I never fought him without the Shadow Armor.
This was actually my most fav level in the game it was packed with so many secrets due to the random nature of it and switching rooms, it was hectic and the music was great some people dislike this song but I love it. this song always had a strange mysterious feeling to it I dunno something about the melody here. This level is a breeze with Zero but playing as X especially with no armor? hoo boy good luck.
I don't know why but this soundtrack makes me remember a shopping center that is here in my country Guatemala called Centra Norte Shopping Center and when I listen to this soundtrack The image of That shopping center comes to mind
This stage would be a lot more frustrating if it weren't for the fact that Yammar Option tears through everything (and dying completely restores your weapon energy).
oh thanjs man! since the megaman network moved their hosting servers their still moving the media wich will take a long time according to the staff thank you so much sir!

Game is good. The difficulty in it especially hard mode killed a lot of players. It's the only X game that's harder than the others out there.
Slicefer Slice Probably doesn't help that X can't shoot through walls, and plot-wise, it's a square peg trying to fit in a round hole.

Dung beetle in a museum?
I don't know what's worse, the fact that they made a Reploid out of a Dung Beetle, or that they thought this music would by any means be fitting.
At least the music fits the stage, I'd say.
yea, its dung allright
I'd say the music is the bad part here. The stage is meh, and I don't care all that much if the boss is based off of a dung beetle.
