Wonderful message for me as a pastor's wife
Atleast this young woman sister kemi, spoke to the pastor. I can't be on my own with a man in house, car, and anywhere we're private. You can be forgiven praise Jesus. 😢😢It's hard though because as a Christian, we don't want to sin.
The pastors wife understandably thinks badly, but she needs to understand take heed lest you fall. I remember once I said to a sister il never fornicate i did, because pride comes before a fool. We do need to walk out holiness but condemnation won't bring holiness, love forgiveness will bring holiness. Sometimes we will fall but 7 times we shall rise.
You can have time of leaving ministry to have time with Jesus, but return with repentance. No repentance would be a real issue.

It is not. The only thing is every man ought to know the kind of a wife you have. Confiding in their wives can also help.
As pastor's you are also a pastor since you are called to help in the ministry and keep the lambs in the pasture not to led them astray. You are your husband helper. You then need wisdom in this ministry. Even in his absence you keep the brethren, and show love and care.

When the pastor told the wife, he was doing so with the intention that they will counsel the sister in question so she stands again but the wife did the complete opposite. She was supposed to call the lady in question and take over the matter from her husband and pray for the sister. He did nothing wrong in telling her and with this blunder she committed she will learn and also be a better wife and mummy pastor.
Pastor this good teaching but when one of your member confess to you it should be kept confidential not even your spouse should you shared it with . God is our ultimate judge let your wife go before the church and apologize to her openly.
This is a good pastor ! A man that didn’t condemn and took responsibility for the wrong done by his wife and apologized genuinely.. Men of God like this are rare these days

Truly did not condemn us we too don't have right to condemn others but to correct in love may God continue to uphold and help us to always do what is right. Okay wait, shouldn't the pastor keep that to himself and pray for Kemi? That's why I always tell my older sister to never tell her pastor anything personal. They always tell their wives everything and the wives go explaining to everyone else.

You don't have to go to a pastor to pray for your forgiveness. The same Holy Spirit he has, you have it too. Pray God will forgive you. But repent truly.
It's true @sundabea313 we only need Jesus to forgive us, but as she is part of the church doing serving role, or just being there, to keep secret from pastor others, she will be open to enemies attacking her. Also secret sin isn't best. Of course a person can't grant full forgiveness that's Jesus. 😊
But yes sharing secrets isn't good. Husband wife pastor and pastor wife, need to keep it to them. Let's not condemn but convict ❤to help each other
