Sanibel Island, Florida Recumbent Trike Ride | BentRider Nation 4K Video

Six of us had a great 33 mile ride on beautiful Sanibel Island in March of 2021. The weather was beautiful and the temperature was in the 80's. A great triking friend Tom Schmidt lives on the island and acted as our personal tour guide. A great day with great friends!

Watching this after watching lots of Hurricane Ian video…hopefully the island, the path and Tom are all OK! I was two cars ahead of the crane collapse during the causeway work many years ago. Fond memories of Sanibel Island and my time in Fort Myers.

Sanibel Island is beautiful place. I was planning a bike tour couple of months ago but didn't make it. Now I can see from your video that there are actually nice paved bike trails. Now I definitely wanna go there. Cool ride, thanks for sharing 👍🙂
