What a wonderful video/presentation. I am 75, and have been sewing for many years, have known OF Tula Pink since her fabrics first came out in the early 2000’s. And, in all honesty hadn’t purchased any only because I wasn’t into quilting so much back then. I was more into home dec and tote bags/purses at the time. I started quilting in earnest probably about 12 years ago. One day recently I came across a video where Tula talked about her journey. I thought I would check out her fabrics these days. To my surprise I am drawn to them in this moment of time. I love that you are real and funny, and yes, so greatly talented in your genre. I enjoyed this video so much, Tula and Missouri Star, I will be making a Tula Pink fabric purchase for sure to make a quilt soon! Thank you for sharing your story!!

I sew love Tula as a REAL PERSON as she comes across sew Genuine!!!❤❤❤❤ Such a truly gifted woman and sew INSPIRING not only with her gorgeous fabrics & patterns, but also as a member of the human race !!! Our world needs more of her and those just like her. Such a delightful, positive, & grounded outlook, not just for quilters, but for all ❤. She is living proof that it doesn't matter where you come from, if you use your God given talents, love what you do with them, and work at your very best level, you can be who you really ARE!!! I was so taken by her quote that Jenny shared at the end...it touched me deeply as I've always been told what she was. Thank you so much for sharing this! I just discovered quilting a few months ago, and then I discovered a fabric that grabbed my brain like nothing had before. So much so that I had to learn more about it. That's how I discovered Tula Pink. And I fell instantly in love with the amazing patterns and colors! I'm planning on making not only a quilt out of her fabrics, but also some clothing. The creativity is contagious!

This was such a great presentation. I loved the first quilt that Tula showed, and was so surprised to see La Crosse, WI along the side border. La Crosse was my mom's hometown , so that town holds some special memories for me. Thank you, Tula, for sharing your wonderful creativity with us.
When I got my Tula Pink Bernina sewing machine in 2020 I really didn't know who she was or why that was such a big selling point of the machine. I bought it anyway. After one night of absolutely no sleep ( couldn't believe I spent that much on a sewing machine) I never looked back and love that machine. I soon learned about her beautiful bright fabrics . Now after hearing her story with Missouri Star I am glad it's a Tula Pink Bernina . Thank you .
