    I would really like to see the option to select the amount of one type of item to sell in game, instead of the individual selling we have atm. Seeing as we didn't get a wipe with 3.20. It only highlighted how many multi-tools and its accessorises I now have in my starting location. Literally hundreds apparently 😅

      It was in the PTU at one point, I haven't had time to 3.20 yet but did it not make it to the final release?

      I know many people who might actually start playing if this feature is added.

    In game "Lost and Found" sounds interesting. I wonder how that will be implemented.

    CIG's annual platitudes...
    I'm wondering how many customer service tickets have been created by new players?
    How many years has this been a problem??
    Since they started selling "gear"?
    They must get a LOT of tickets, as all they really said was, "we're still working on it"....

    so a landing pad could be tied up for hours by 1 guy hand loading a large ship in the name of realism. but a spaceship is somehow slowed down to really really etc etc slow speeds because they have shields and guns active. ok

    I like that their showing cargo ships being accompanied by an escort of fighters now in their videos.
    Maybe people will finally start thinking about it as a rule of thumb.

    If server meshing and functioning npcs would be a thing, paying a bunch of npcs to load up your ship would be a nice mechanic.
    But as it is right now, I don't see the fun here.
    EDIT: I have to give them the point, that really physicalizing _EVERY_ loot and such being able to loot everything, is very attractive.

    Well.. here I go. First you cannot convince me that humanity in the year 2800 whatever is still loading cargo manually when its already done (semi) automatically today. Gimme a friggen loading robot ffs. Second it doesn't make any sense that you as a pilot have to trek all through the city from your ship to interact with some console in a financial district. Third this feels like giving cargo the killshot in terms of fun. I don't want to meticulously work my ass off on a landing pad for 30 more minutes than it took before, get hounded by any murderhobo in the server and still receive the same profit as before. I dunno man, just my thoughts on this topic.

      It’s a time waster, in a time wasting game.

      @@NOOBIFIER1337 F me lol that kinda took the wind out of my sails. Yeah I guess its all just a pretty looking timesink, but if you feel like that might aswell play whatever f2p garbage spacegame there is on the appstore. It all just doesn't make sense to me and I think I'm salty cause as a dad I rarely had time to take out my caterpillar, even less so now after this patch. Anyway I appreciate your update, always less of a timesink to watch your recap than the official vids ;)

  • @chomp7927
    @chomp7927 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Honestly this worries me, more time sinks for the sake of just sinking time, the automated option can have a price on it sure but man you just know they are going to slap a ridiculous timer on there.
    Then combine that with bugs and crashing, sounds like great ways for everything you have to be gone real easily outside of your control. They really have to step up the stability now that they are making it easier to lose everything and harder and longer to get anything back.

    • @NOOBIFIER1337

      Sinking time in a time wasting game…

    • @chomp7927
      @chomp7927 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@NOOBIFIER1337 yes but there needs to be some level of balance between the time wasting part and the game part, If you've got an hour to play and it takes you 30-45 of that just to ride a train to the trade area, get to a store and buy stuff, then go back to the train and go to the port, summon the ship, take an elevator to your instanced hangar, then select what cargo you want from what you bought and summon a freight elevator full of it then load it box by box walking back and forth and then once all done finally hail ATC and fly out, that kind of eats up all your time. By the time you slowly break atmo and then do a 5-15 minute quantum ride in one of the smaller systems in the game you'll have to go bed log to get back to real life before you can even land and start the whole process over in reverse just to do one cargo run.
      I get that some people out there like to play real life grind simulators but I'm really hoping they have options for those of us who don't have hours a day to dedicate to grind real life mundane task simulations, especially when we're still years from a stable game where random bugs could take all of that away behind more respawn timers in a single desync
      I mean at least give an auto load option and slap a trade terminal in the hangar, at least you can wait there a few minutes and do other things like gear checks and loadouts but 900 years or whatever in the future and we still have to ride a train and walk to the store to buy things from a computer screen that can only be located in the storefront?
