Claire, **I** like mustard, though NOT as a flavor in a drink. One of my favorite ways to have hot dogs is on a bun with French's or Heinz yellow mustard, diced onion and chili con carne (no beans, obviously). The mustard adds a nice tartness to the chili and onions. I also prefer to have yellow mustard, onion and fresh ground black pepper on cheeseburgers. The trouble is that most places tend to put the mustard on like it is gold, giving you about three drops.🙄 Sometimes, I do get cheeseburgers the normal Wendy's way with ketchup, mayonnaise, dill pickle slices, lettuce and tomato. I also like Coleman's Mustard with a pot roast. The spicy brown mustard is good on hot pastrami sandwiches, using rye bread, lettuce, tomato and swiss cheese, and a garlic dill pickle wedge on the side.
Yellow mustard is better than *no* mustard, but it's really only good on a Schlotzky's sandwich. Speaking of which, the Tryers should taste a Schlotzky's, if they have those in Ireland. Other than that particular sandwich, though, spicy mustard is superior to yellow mustard, at all times, in every possible way.

You didn't have Jeppson's Malort?
Then you haven't had a true liqueur.
Advocat is usually consumed as a treat/ dessert, optionally with whipped cream on top, by using a spoon.
I love mustard & use it in many recipes (I'm from Arizona USA) but who in hell thought it was a good idea to use mustard seeds in distilling process of a liqueur?🤮
Have you tried Juniper berries? Not particularly nice but makes great gin flavouring.
Liqueur, I hardly know 'er! is definitely something the entire bar says at the alcohol question during every weekly quizzo!
My Dad made Advocaat for Christmas every year. He would put a slice of very ripe avocado in it as well (we live in California). Always had to use a spoon to get it all out of glass.
As soon as I saw Clisare and George I knew this was going to be a good episode.

I love Jamie's shirt it's fly AF
Yeah Advocaat, or "Eierlikör" like it is called here in Germany, can be eaten as a dessertsauce (and it is delicious that way) as it seems to be the main usage in the netherlands, but here it is mainly consumed as a shot, the world slowest shot admittedly, in a waffle shot glass wich is eaten aften finishing your drink.
