I am unable to see you reversing the position of the left stick while hitting the rim of the snare during cross sticks. Is it necessary to hit the rim of the snare during cross sticks with the other side of the stick? please clarify sir. Thank you.

@@processnarayananvasan1038 It is not necessary to reverses the stick. If the song is full of cross stick beats then you can reverse and play. It’s individual’s choice and depends on their comfort level
