I agree those two trails are among the best day hikes starting from the Valley. However, I personally could not do both in one day, I've done them on separate days, and I would never be able to run like you did. Thanks for a great video.
While I won't be running it, I will be hiking this loop this coming Sunday. Thanks for the preview!

Around 4.5 hours! Lots of hiking uphills and jogging down
