Antonio,you are 100percent correct.There Brooklyn Pie is on point.Also 20 dollars for a full pie is a great price these days. Reminds me of L and B but lighter. Your rating was on point as usual. Keep up the great work content. Love your reviews.
Well ANTONIO, I think you found the pot of gold in that pizzeria. Just looking at that slice I can tell that It's TOP SHELF for sure. We have a local pizzeria that serves Scillian pizza slices or a whole tray if you're having a party or watching a football game. But looking at your slice, the bottom is perfectly well done and it has the best ratio of sauce and cheese compared to my local slice that has a less amount of sauce and cheese. Needless to say, you have found a "GO TO" pizzeria and I'm still looking ,but with a little more cooking in a big fry pan I can crisp- up my pizza slices a bit. Good find anyhow Antonio.
Wow, good find. When I first saw it, I thought it looked a bit pale on the edge. But that bottom can't lie. Great color. Looks like it has good sauce to cheese balance, but maybe it favors the cheese a little bit? I can also see a good amount of finishing finishing cheese on there. Now that you've checked out their Sicilian, I'm curious if their round pie is up to the same standard.
I had two other slices 10 minutes before the review, at a place I already reviewed and so I was a bit full. I guess I thought I'd review what they were known for.
I can walk there from my house, I’m up the street. Place is under the radar known for that pie specifically. It’s pretty damn good. Also, Rocky’s just opened down the street in the old Reggianos spot and it’s owned by Delucas restaurant also across the street right there down a block.
I did a walking tour of the area afterward on my other channel (link in description) and mentioned Rocky's. Pizza looks great. I dined at DeLuca's, great food.
